Skedulo overview

Skedulo comes in three scalable packages which include different reporting and support permissions. You Skedulo dashboard acts as a control center where you can manage your field employees via mobile app communication and allocate specific tasks/jobs to the best suited and located members of staff.

Skedulo provides a collaboration tool that allows you to add notes and information about particular jobs and features a live feed tool to keep everyone informed of what is happening and when. Skedulo gives your employees permissions to send messages, modify agendas and jobs and view certain reports - which can be downloaded and exported.

Depending on your Skedulo plan, you will receive different levels of technical support - from email to telephone. A free Skedulo demo version is available upon request and video tutorials/testimonials are in place to give you further assistance.

Real-time engagement and Matching job requirements - Skedulo provides you and your workforce with the ability to converse and share notes/files live through the backend. In doing so Skedulo allocates specific jobs to trained members of staff to increase efficiency and job delivery levels.

Instant address validation and Availability management - Skedulo automatically identifies the nearest located (best suited) member of staff to a certain clients address, the address is then instantly identified on maps and street directions are provided thereafter. Availability management ensures employees that are not already on jobs or in meetings are readily available to handle the additional workflow.

Salesforce integration and Scheduling dashboards & reports - By logging into the Skedulo dashboard you can view your synced Salesforce contacts and notes - which can be modified and assessed in real-time as well as create scheduling channels and view historical reports. Skedulo can be created in custom views and exported to PDF etc.

View Inbox, Agenda & Jobs and Social Collaboration & Feed - Skedulo ensures you and your management team are kept up to date will all field processes by enabling a chat collaboration tool to give feedback and add notes on particular accounts. Skedulo users have the ability to send private mails, create/modify agendas and jobs.
