I think it's good for ground-up feedback and necessary for company change. If the company isn't ready to receive that kind of growth, it's not for them. This fits a lot of HR needs and would be useful for the company looking to improve their staff on multiple levels.
The questions this software asks are direct and helps management know certain areas of improvement. We really liked that we could survey the teams and then also track things. We could word the surveys so that the teams needed to answer honestly. It is EXTREMELY easy to use.
We didn't end up using it long enough for management to make great use of it and I wish we kept with it.

Our overall experience with WeThrive has been exceptional from the initial conversations to activating the surveys and assisting with understanding the responses and feedback. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has produced excellent, informative Board Packs and always been available to answer questions and support with suggestions. I would highly recommend WeThrive to any business.
The software is easy to use and provides detailed feedback to allow you to have meaningful conversations to support employees and develop business strategies.
It would be useful if the software gave the option to download individual sheets detailing the feedback and suggested actions

Really good experience, first time doing a full survey with the team and it went well. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is great and has helped us conduct a temporary Covid19 pulse survey to see how the team is doing right now.
The support from our brilliant account manager has allowed us to develop actions from our engagement survey. The clear graphs and additional questions sets it above competitors.
It's not the easiest to understand when trying to view certain team results for example but once explained it was easier. UX could be reviewed.

For us these are the two most important things! We are planning a UX review later in the year - our new pulse survey tool coming out in a couple of months uses some nice drag and drop features so hopefully you will like those. I have asked your account manager to get in touch re. your feedback to also make sure we have given you full training and to collect more detailed feedback on where you feel the UX could be improved. We have really valued the opportunity to gain feedback from staff and to track employee engagement to help us give our employees a voice and to help us improve as an organisation and responsible employer. Personalised recommendations are really valuable and survey results are clearly displayed - the heatmaps in particular show us at a glance where we are doing well and where we have opportunity for improvement.
We have used WeThrive to assist us with employee engagement surveys since 2019. Integration was easy and the team at WeThrive could not be more helpful if any questions come up or we need assistance - they are always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we need. Staff find WeThrive surveys easy to use and managers have said they particularly like the personalised recommendations and ideas for actions for their teams as it helps them when drawing up action plans following survey results. We plan to try to use more features that WeThrive offer going forwards.
There are no cons that I can think of - we're very happy with WeThrive.

We would strongly advocate that WeThrive is certainly a platform worth investing in if you are looking to improve engagement, productivity and drive ongoing development within your teams.
We have chosen to Partner with WeThrive and offer this service as a bolt on to our own. We have found that our clients have really benefited from receiving instant insights via the surveys, allowing them to respond immediately and take action. We Thrive is also such a great tool for providing valuable learning content.
We found all aspects of WeThrive to be excellent, from the Customer Service support to the Partner Portal, Content and more. We have found that it's vital to a workforce to have clarity on how their employees are really feeling, this enables them to be able to identify who needs support and in which areas.
