I have really been happy with espace and it has worked great for a medium size church like ours.  We can also grow into this even more.  This has allowed us to track items better and setup annual maintenance very well.
Plus allowing anyone to submit a work order.

This software package has been a real advancement to our event scheduling process.  Going from a paper, sneaker net process to an online one has really made our administrative assistants life easier.   The support I get from the Cool Solutions staff has been outstanding!!   I would definitely recommend this software to any organization that has events on their campus and looking for a way to make it an easier process.

Extremely powerful event scheduling and management software, it works wonders for our church as we have a multitude of events. It allows each one of our teams to be in the loop and stay on top of the event calendar.

The Best Event Scheduling Software There Is. Period.

Helps me get maintenance issues into the hands of those who will repair/ fix them. In the past we used an email system but I would sometimes forget before I got back to my computer. It has helped our maintenance crew get things done efficiently. They can also track and keep a record of issues to watch out for trends that may be going on. 

It is a great tool that has improved our efficiency.

The Customer Service folks are very easy to work with and have quick responses. The Work Order Management Software has allowed our small crew be very efficient and effective with our time.

eSpace is an incredible product, with a ton of features that I still have yet to explore! It's been helpful, with some challenges, but that happens when you change to any new software. I think the good weighs out the challenges by far, and I'm so grateful we made this switch!

David W.:                                              My name's David. I'm a pastor. I give eSPACE a five out of five, and for more ratings like this, click below. Before eSPACE, we were managing work orders and work requests with Google Docs and Excel Spreadsheets, something along that line, and doing it with text and emails that would submit requests. And it was a mess, honestly. Just keeping those things organized and accountable through that system was a mess.
                                                       eSPACE allows us to either text or email or telephone in requests that could be entered. It organizes those requests in a single list, single work order list. Allows us to prioritize them, to assign them. It allows us to track. If I submit a work order to the list, I can track it all the way to completion. Even as an individual church member or a member of our work team; I can track my request, I can see all of them. It's just a great tool for organizing work orders, and it does so much more.
                                                       The startup with eSPACE wasn't terribly difficult. We did have to set some categories for the different work orders that we track, and eSPACE is a software that has so much more capability than just work order. So, it will grow as we become more comfortable with it. But the setup was relatively easy. The submission of work order tickets is very easy, and that's what we needed.
                                                       I would highly recommend if you're considering eSPACE, they will give you a demo. They'll walk you through how it works. I would recommend starting small and working your way up. The first time we started with it, we started big and we saw some failures because our guys, it just overwhelmed them. It's a lot of information, and it overwhelmed our workers. And so, what we've seen success in is backing it down and taking it a step at a time and allowing them to become comfortable with the system, and then expanding it as we see fit, and it's just working great.

                                                       Before eSPACE, my facilities used eSPACE Manager. It was at least how they referred to the system. It was not cutting it, the features were really outdated. People didn't know... It wasn't user-friendly, people weren't able to figure out how to post the easiest of things. So they decided it was time for an upgrade, and that's when eSPACE came in.
                                                       We were looking for something modern. We wanted to get a system that would allow us to throw in features that were a lot more in need to what our facilities was looking for. eSPACE made it super user-friendly, super current. And when we saw the demo, I mean, we couldn't have been won over anymore. So we decided to give it a try. Ever since, three years ago, we haven't looked back, eSPACE has been amazing. And we still continue to teach others how to use it, but it has not been a headache because eSPACE just makes it that easy to use.
                                                       It's always a daunting task whenever you are challenged to learn a whole new system, especially when you're the one that has to train others on how to use it. I remember the first week, not even a week, I think I was given a month to really learn the system, and I remember going through a lot of different scenarios where I would try this feature and then that feature. But I think the easiest thing I can say about eSPACE, it's, everything's user-friendly. Literally, all you have to do is fill in the blanks. You are looking for something, you just look for the right category, and that category gives you so much more features to choose from. There are a couple of things here and there that I still learn every day, but the more I navigate, the more I continue to learn, which continues to help me train other people, which makes my life and my tasks so much easier. And it makes their job so much easier because it allows us to communicate as smoothly and as easy as possible.
                                                       If you are skeptical and you feel like you don't need a system to help you get organized about planning, about executing events, let me tell you, give eSPACE a try. You won't look back, you won't regret it. It makes it super easy to literally post onto a calendar. It gives you a visual. You can view things as far as an agenda platform, you can view things as a week's platform, in a month's worth of platform. I just think it's an easy way of just going back and forth, seeing what activity's happening, wherever you're at. It gives you a bird's-eye view of what resources, services and spaces are needed. And trust me, trust me when I say this, you will have such an easier time going through your day-to-day activities.
