Mailform overview

What is Mailform?

Mailform is a cloud-based solution that invites individuals or business users to print and physically send documents via an online dashboard or mobile app. Digital documents and files are uploaded to the service, allowing individual or bulk multi-page letters, forms, invoices, invitations and even postcards to be posted within the USA's 50 states and Puerto Rico. Using USPS's First Class Mail service alongside a Certified Mail option for receiving a tracking link and delivery notification, Mailform is priced accordingly and requires no subscription or formal account sign up while offering discounts for bulk customers. Documents can then be uploaded locally or from the cloud and chosen to be printed in color versus black and white, printed single-sided versus double-sided and more.

Thanks to integration with a number of leading apps, users can also automatically import documents from online storage sources such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Docs. Additionally invoices can be imported and sent from the likes of Quickbooks, FreshBooks, FreeAgent, Harvest, and Xero, while the Mailform companion app provides native service access for Android devices.

Key benefits of using Mailform

  • Mailform is a web and mobile app-based mailing solution promising a convenient, online method for printing and sending single or bulk letters, documents, invitations, invoices and postcards via USPS.

  • User can get tracking numbers for all USPS Certified Mail orders, while receiving delivery notifications via email.

  • Mailform requires no account, sign up or subscription to access and use the available services, with pricing based on quantities and type of mail being sent.

  • Upload documents via PDF and mail to multiple recipients, importing contacts securely into the system and saving them within a centralized Address Book for convenient access.

  • Mailform integrates with QuickBooks, Harvest, FreeAgent and FreshBooks for sending out invoices, while connectivity to Google Drive, Google Docs, Dropbox and Box allows online storage to be linked for mailing files.

“I would hate to give a negative review over a product that I am unsure of ever using. I mean I probably did use it because in this day and age computers know more about us than we do.”
