The financial management module encompasses budgeting and profitability tracking, invoicing, forecasting, expense management, and revenue recognition capabilities. The scenario builder feature allows organizations to model different business scenarios and conduct long-term utilization planning based on data-driven projections rather than historical estimates. AI-powered reporting provides insights into revenue, cost, and margin performance across projects and clients. The platform generates automated invoice drafts from tracked time entries and integrates with accounting systems including Xero, QuickBooks, Exact, Sage, Visma, Fortnox, and Twinfield. Revenue forecasting tools enable financial managers to project future performance and track invoiced revenue across time periods.

quickbooks is where I did all my bookkeeping. was a little clunky to send the balance invoice via honeybook because there was no way to differentiate products and services, which is why i took off one star.
