They can provide phones in multiple countries, easy tool, does what it is suppose to do.
12 month commitment, very bad customer service. I expected a monthly plan like any other competitors, turns out they grab you and even if you tell them you thought it was monthly, they literally don't reply to you and only ask you to pay. Impressed by how bad they handled it. My overall experience? Shitty, there you go. The least you could have done was to understand my frustration and educate me on how you don't provide monthly plans, and everything is committed to 12 months. Or maybe you do, because that is what you understand from your website. Regardless, all your follow ups literally ignored my replies. Won't be recommending it, hope I don't have to use this service again. For sure will go with a competitor next time.

If you have a team that needs to work from the same number all the time, well Ringover does that job. Apart from the team we had at our offices, we also had an international team. Ringover was the first cloud-based phone solution that we used as a team. It worked well.
Well, we were on trial and decided to try for some months. We ended up with another software because Ringover didn't have as many features that we needed at the time. We were quite a big company, so it might be the perfect solution for SMEs.

The user interface is very friendly and call quality is very good.
I have had no issue using the web app from my desktop. You can make free calls if you dont have big needs and more tools, more set ups.
I hope they had an intermediate plan which would more suits my needs as an independent

Easy to use, very handy mobile app and chrome extension. Never experienced any issue getting through during calls.
Some parts of the UI are a bit clunky and appear not to have been localised, text in French appears here and there in the app and in emails. Also it would be great to have a filter to not to be notified of incoming calls for a particular line if you have more then one number, at the moment it is all or nothing.

Absolutely awful, disgusted in the service in which they provided
Initially, the click 2 call system, however, wasn't very helpful when the call quality was horrific
The call quality was absolutely awful when bringing this up with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team, the issues were never addressed. After bringing up these issues multiple times and even sending call examples to RingOver, they were trying to convince us that it was a problem our end. Also when calling them and saying which company I was from I would be greeted with rude vocabulary and slow waiting times

100% web + mobile. Aucun besoin de faire appel à un tiers pour configurer quoi que soit. Nouvelle ligne et numéro en 30s. Interface d'administration rapide. Interface web claire et intuitive. Beaucoup de fonctions utiles (gestion des rappels, manqués, messagerie, transfert) si simple que l'équipe arrive à s'en servir, alors que les systèmes classiques étaient incompréhensibles. On a l'impression d'être sur du SaaS de 2021, pas une vieillerie VoIP de 2000.
Certaines options cruciales (ex: planification des jours fériés) ne sont disponibles que sur la version payante. L'application macOS / Windows est à la traine par rapport à l'app fonctionnant simplement avec site web de Ringover. Pas de forfait sans appels illimités Engagement long pour avoir une grosse remise.

Après avoir été client d'AIRCALL, j'ai fait le choix de passer chez RINGOVER et n'ai pas été déçu de mon choix. Très bonne application de VOIP permettant de disposer de numéros dans divers pays européens. J'ai grâce à cela mis en place des standards pour notre équipe support: - un pour nos clients francophones - un pour nos clients anglophones - un pour nos clients germanophones La configuration des standards est très simple à mettre en place et permet d'assurer un routage des appels selon divers critères à définir. La communication est très fluide et n'est pas hachée comme c'est souvent le cas lorsque l'appel passe par internet. Le support est très réactif pour le peu de fois où j'ai eu à les joindre.
Le fait d'être obligé de devoir prendre un numéro pour chaque utilisateur quand bien même ce numéro ne sera jamais utilisé

La mise en place et l'usage de RingOver a été très simple et vraiment efficace. Cela nous a rendu un grand service lors d'un contexte de télétravail forcé et nous a permis de profiter pleinement des points forts de la solution. Il y a quelques fonctionnalités qui se font désirer mais qui arrive prochainement, les équipes de RingOver sont à l'écoute des besoins client et les mises à jour sont régulières afin de corriger des petits défauts ou de répondre à des nouveaux besoins. Il est quand même fortement conseillé d'utiliser l'interface web qui est clairement le top au niveau des performances là où les applications mobiles et Desktop sont parfois moins réactives. Il s'agit de VoIP, assurez-vous d'avoir un bon réseau, sinon l'outil ne peut pas fonctionner au maximum de ses capacités.
- La mise en place de RingOver se fait de manière très simple et rapide. - L'interface d'administration est fluide et facile d'utilisation, on prend vite l'outil en main. - La gestion des standards vocaux est très complète. - L'usage en tant qu'utilisateur est complet, on bénéfice d'un panel de fonctionnalités très large. - La qualité des appels est très bonne.
- On regrette l'absence d'une gestion de l'annuaire global via le dashboard administrateur. - Les applications Desktop et Mobile ont de petits bugs qui peuvent parfois empêcher leur bon fonctionnement mais un redémarrage suffit à les résoudre. - Quelques soucis lors du déploiement sur tout un parc d'utilisateur de l'application Desktop à distance.

My overall experience tells that with Ringover, I can get great call rates+evaluation tools for team performance.
Absolutely friendly customer support. Call rates is almost same with Skype. But the quality is much better. No complicated pricing plans or VOIP device requirement. I was surprised why they are not popular like other companies. You can easily track the number calls of yours and your team members. For sales team admin it is essential feature to evaluate the team's engagement. You can receive voice messages via the virtual number. Basic Plan includes virtual switchboard. All the features are easily managed by admin dashboard. Mobile App version works properly. They offer free Trial and they did not charge me for package installation.
Now I do not have problem with Ringover. But during purchasing and installing the package you need a contact with someone from team. It is not a con but can be automatic process.

Fully enjoyed the beginning and over a year on we still feel the same.
The ability to have clear visibility of users on calls, listen in, whisper to the user or take over the call. Having a dashboard that is clear and easy to use for all users when put on a big screen, the quick responses of the Ringover team.
Currently having to pay in euros, which is a very minor issue.

Après avoir utilisé " Standard Facile " durant quelques années, je me suis orienté vers le service RingOver dès son lancement. Celui-ci appartenant à la même entreprise. Nombreuses sont les fonctionnalités RingOver qui ne cesse d'évoluer. Nous sommes notifiés en temps réels par e-mail, lors d'appels entrants et / ou manqués. Tout est fait pour ne manquer aucun appel.
Que ce soit le logiciel en ligne, l'application pour le PC ou les applications iOS et Androïd, toutes les formules sont très simples à utiliser. Même une personne pas à l'aise avec l'informatique peut rapidement se servir de RingOver ! Tout a été conçu pour que ce soit clair et simple d'utilisation.
Il n'y a rien que je n'apprécie pas. Le logiciel évolue sans cesse. Le support est facilement joignable par e-mail, mais aussi par téléphone. Ils sont sympathiques et très réactifs.

make a call, transfert it is easy. Setting up a standard with it's own options is very usefull and the mot important thing is that you can manage a calendar for every operator.
There's some issues about the stability of communication, and the software (desktop app) comes with multiple bugs.

My overall experience with Ringover has been very positive. The user interface is easy to use and user friendly. The call quality is very good and the customer support team is always available to answer any questions I have. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable telephony solution.
The most impactful features of Ringover are its cloud-based technology, which enables customers to set up and configure their phone system easily, as well as its integration with most leading software services like Office 365, Salesforce, and Zendesk. Additionally, Ringover features custom call routing, VoIP, call recordings, and analytics. Yes, Ringover is easy to use and the platform and support team are always available to help guide users through the setup and configuration process. Integrating Ringover with existing business processes is relatively easy as well. The Ringover platform was designed with businesses in mind and is designed to fit seamlessly into the customer’s existing workflow.
I least liked the limited availability of certain features, such as multi-level IVRs, that are not yet supported.

Ringover me permet de réduire de manière considérable le coût des communications téléphoniques. L'interface est simple à utiliser et me donne la possibilité de m'y retrouver dans mes contacts. La qualité du son est au top et les fonctionnalités me permettent de donner une dimension professionnelle à mon standard téléphonique.
Aucun logiciel n'est à installer, tout est accessible directement depuis une page web sécurisée. La qualité du son est très claire, et je ne perds aucun appel. De plus, mes clients bénéficient d'un véritable accueil téléphonique interactif.
L'application mobile est à revoir ou à améliorer.

Un des point que j'apprécie le plus c'est de pouvoir prendre un appel du bureau, de la maison ou de mon mobile, en toute transparence pour mon client. C'est un confort pour nous comme pour nos clients.
Ringover est simple à prendre en main et facile à déployer. Les interlocuteurs du service client ou support technique, sont super réactifs (s'était un critère de sélection pour nous) et super sympas ;-)
J'aimerais que l'on puisse connecter une radio pour la musique d'attente. J'ai fait la demande au service technique, je suis sûr qu'il fera le nécessaire.
