What is Whistle Messaging?

Whistle is a cloud-based guest messaging software designed to help businesses in the hospitality industry communicate with customers, manage tasks, automate workflows, and more on a unified platform. Administrators can send documents to clients and collect electronic signatures, translate messages in multiple languages using Google Translate and initiate video calls with guests according to requirements.

Whistle leverages artificial intelligence (AI)and machine learning (ML) technologies to reply to clients' queries and requests. Supervisors can set up objectives, track performance based on response time, and gain insights into task completion rates, upsells, guest ratings, and direct bookings on a centralized dashboard. Administrators can also share analytics, recognize team members' achievements and connect with guests via various messaging channels.

Whistle facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as InnRoad, HotSOS, WebRezPro, Stripe, RoomKeyPMS, Lightspeed, ClockPMS, and more. Managers can configure chatbot responses based on the hotel's requirements and communicate with staff members within groups or teams. Other features include live chat, automated messages, call forwarding, and digital log sheets.
