In a process of looking for fast and easy integration between ServiceNow and Jira, we found out ZigiOps as the most advanced, flexible and scalable integration product which can integrate those systems. Basically together with their team, we have integrated ServiceNow and Jira in a matter of a couple of minutes.
Very easy setup, great flexibility, and great customer support.
The product itself worked perfectly for our customer needs. The support of the product was also great and very responsive. Nothing to dislike about it.

The alternative was to develop homegrown integration, once I understood the architecture and the capabilities, I understood, this is the right solution, not only for current requirements but also future ones.
It is very easy to use and understand, how to connect to the source and target tools, how to transform the data, configuration of the use cases, moreover, the support is always there, with the right knowledge to solve and help with any product or use cases issues
I am using the on-premisses software, when I used it, this was the only option, although there is no need to a very strong machine, I would prefer to have the option for a SaaS implementation as well.

We had some growing pains getting it set up, but once we were past those hurdles, things improved dramatically.
By far my favorite part of utilizing the software is the responsiveness of the support. We are not familiar with these types of tools and the ZigiOps support team is top notch.
There are still some room for enhancement and we have run into some bugs. But the support team was sure to respond quickly when issues arose.

Integration of various system with ITSM tool
We were struggling to do integration of our ITSM tools with BMC Discovery tool. We reached out to Zigiops for help and they we were able to demonstrate how quickly the integration can be done.We were super impressed with the integration features which were there(graphical way to track the source and target system data transformation). We are working on recommending this tool to our other client based on the success which we have seen
