We needed to know that the system was capturing our emails when using Outlook. This is the only part of Claritysoft that isn't super initiative and easy. It is a little wonky but easy enough to do once you start using it and make the habit.

one issue is their ability to integrate with Microsoft is questionable for some reason, never worked with my interface, ok with the rest of the team. The support team is great. The technical support guys are lacking

The integration tool was very easy to setup (like 3 clicks). While in Outlook, you can add accounts, contacts, opportunities, lead or project.

I get important emails and task emails to my email and then I complete the task on Claritsoft.
