                                                       Before, using VBOUT. I was considering going with the Mailchimp. I was looking for a software to send mail campaigns and that's it.
                                                       I chose VBOUT, because it was a system, a software, which included a lot of options, you can have manage your social medias as well on it. And you have like mail campaign. You have a lot of integrations, so I was using also other CRMs, so I wanted to be able to implement them and to use them with VBOUT at beginning. And it gives me a lot of options and I really like to have most of my options in the same system. So like this, I won't always change from software to another one.
                                                       To start with VBOUT, it was really easy. Honestly, I know I'm quite comfortable using software like this because I really like to discover new softwares, but I was expecting more difficulties to work with, but I just connected and before even watching video, I just surf onto it and I found really easily all what I wanted to do and all what I could be able to do. Of course, I don't master it, but the regular features I needed, was really easy to found and I succeed to set up everything in a few days, it was all set up.
                                                       If you are still wondering which software you want to choose, what I like about VBOUT is it's includes a lot of feature just in same software and also they're quite complete. You have so many options, so many integration in the system. I think it's really worth it and compared to its price as well. Well, I don't want to really to enter into details, but regarding all the features it has, it's really are a really good deal compared to, if I went only with Mailchimp for example, or just HubSpot for the automations et cetera, it includes so many features that it's really worth its price and easy to use and really functional. So for me, it's a really a good investment I made with this software.

                                                       Before VBOUT, we have been using a lot of tools for the different platforms and the different needs that we have it inside the company. For example, Unica platform, Karma, Webflow, et cetera. For launching... for landing page HubSpot, or [Kumba Mail 00:00:24] for email, or Hootsuite, for example, to manage all the social platforms.
                                                       We have chosen VBOUT for two main reasons, there is a platform that is only one inside this tool. You can manage all the different needs about social media, landings, mail, et cetera in just only one place. For the people that usually work with customers all the day, they have to go just only one places to manage all the tools. So, the easy way of working and the easy way of the tools, the possibility to have all the tools inside just only one platform was one of the two main reasons, that we moved to VBOUT.
                                                       At the beginning, the main difficulties that we found with it was a little bit... the curve of improvement or the curve of learning. The platform is not complicated, but the first stage, just only to identify where are all the main features and to doing the setup of the account, the domains, et cetera. One of the very key points, that you have to be a little bit focused on the first step.
                                                       My recommendation about VBOUT is, the first thing is try to test it. It's a really powerful tool. You can use it inside your company with your customers. There are plenty of functionalities that is going to save time, a lot of in the [inaudible 00:01:51] day of the team. So, try the tool, test it with all the features. And you will see that it's something that is going to help in the day by day.
