VROMO is a delivery dispatching software that makes it easy to manage on-demand deliveries for restaurant chains that use in-house delivery drivers, third-party fleets, or a combination of both. What differentiates VROMO from other software providers in this space are its features that enable restaurants to automate the entire dispatching process, overflow orders to multiple fleets and send branded order tracking links to their customers. Benefits for restaurants include:

The reduction of manual tasks with autodispatch rules - VROMO enables restaurants to add specific rules to each delivery order to ensure the most efficient driver will be allocated the order. These rules can be simple or complex and include parameters such as driver distance to the store, jobs containing restricted items (i.e. alcohol), maximum number of jobs the driver has or the value of the order etc. This feature also allows restaurants to merge orders together that are being delivered to a similar nearby location in order to reduce delivery costs.

The ability to stop rejecting orders and increase delivery fulfilment levels with Hybrid Delivery/Overflow- With each delivery order, restaurants can outsource their deliveries to a third party fleet during times of peak demand to maintain strong service levels and provide a positive guest experience whether this is to a third party marketplace delivery service like DoorDash or a local delivery service provider.

Giving their customers an on-brand and engaging experience with Order Tracking, helping them to keep their customers up-to-date on their order and engaged while they wait, with VROMO, restaurants can send a live tracking link via SMS to their customers so that they can track their delivery driver right to their door. With this feature restaurants can include widgets to the SMS that include driver tipping & google reviews. Within their tracking link they can add their own branded content such as coupons, videos, images or logos.

Real-time updates about drivers availability and location with our Driver Chat Functionality - VROMO allows a clear communication path between the dashboard admin user and the driver to ensure real time communication on individual orders or to report issues such as the driver being stuck in traffic and is unable to finish

The ability to own their own data and make educated, data-driven decisions about their delivery channel with Reports and analytics - Within the VROMO dashboard, restaurants have the option to use the reporting and analytics feature in order to use data to drive future decisions around delivery orders. Here they can monitor Job History including jobs completed, jobs canceled and the reason why, Performance Reports including average task time, distance and top sites as well as Driver Performance.

Streamlined all facets of our business, improved driver management, improved accounting, saved hours of administrative time and double entry

Pros

Simple, effective, does exactly what I need, dirt cheap. I use spatula as a dispatch tool for my charter driver team but it doubles as a platform to give my drivers the ability to process contactless payments and for me to get live tracking and event notification. My customers love how easy it is for them to see the drivers on approach and it always exceeds their Expectation of a small business.

Pros

Spatula is very straightforward and simple to use, while also having the option to expand into more complicated functions if you so desire. Very efficient for the cost, and superb tech support.

I Have encountered glitches in the past that have effected my business, however they are usually patched quickly by the Spatula Team.

I have opened a whole new revenue stream for my business, without this software I would still be limited in my ability to service certain clients. Spatula came through big time!

Awesome System

I use Spatula for our deliveries and pick ups and find that the service is top notch! We are able to organise our routes better and more efficiently. We are able to arrange with our drivers a more accurate timing on delivery to the clients and the clients are up to date on any delivery time frame.
