I really like the notes tab and the new resource tab, an awesome feature to have. The client portal has got such positive feedback from our clients.

I like being able to email clients both individually and  as part of a mass email blast. The Parent Portal is great; our parents love it.

I like how it is evolving and how I can keep track of my hours and tuition payments. I like how easy it is to get a list of emails or addresses, how easy it is to create a statement for a parent.

I like that it easily integrated with our website even though we actually run various camps and classes with a focus on Chess and STEM. It was easily adaptable to our business.

Brittney:                                              Hi, I'm Brittney. I am a competitive gymnastics coach working in the sports industry and I give Jackrabbit a five out of five. So in our company, we use Jackrabbit to assign children to different classes and where they're going to go and also assigned coaches where they go. And we're able to check in each individual student for the classes that they have, as well as let them sign up for future classes. What I like most about Jackrabbit Gymnastics is that I'm able to not only keep track of the classes I'm in charge of, but also what my coworkers are in charge of, so if we move a student from one class to another, I can kind of speak with the parents and give them a heads up about the new instructor will be and what the new timeframe will be for the child's class.
                                                       The one thing I do wish that Jackrabbit had was the availability to make a trial account, because there are some students who only come in for a small trial period, and they don't need to have that full existing account that repeats every week. So I would like to see something that maybe only shows up for a class period until we make them a permanent part of that class.

                                                       Before choosing Jackrabbit, we considered iClassPro, but ultimately iClassPro did not meet all of our requirements.
                                                       We chose to go with Jackrabbit for three reasons, the first reason being their pricing. Their pricing is fair and it's competitive. The second reason being their customer service. Their customer service is exceptional. They are on Facebook. They are online. They reach out to you on the phone. They are available to you whenever you need them. And ultimately, the third reason we chose to go with Jackrabbit is because their program helps us to run ours efficiently and it helps us to build our own program the way that we want it to run.
                                                       When we started with Jackrabbit, we initially only used a few of their systems and a few of the resources that they had available. But then we started to realize what Jackrabbit could represent for us and we started using more and more of their resources, and we realized that it was quite easy and efficient to use all of their resources that they had available. And the more that we use Jackrabbit, the more successful we became with our company.
                                                       If you are interested in getting Jackrabbit, I would highly recommend starting off with the webinars. They are extremely informational and highly effective. Jackrabbit also provides lots of informational videos that are available on YouTube. These videos are extremely important and they will provide lots of information that will help you get started and will help you implement the program into your business.
