Ease of use and access to data and reports help us to keep things organized and see what we are doing well, or need to do better. Great price for what you get.
No auto pay function and its difficult to keep up with payments.
I really like the notes tab and the new resource tab, an awesome feature to have. The client portal has got such positive feedback from our clients.
I know I am missing some of the items I can utilize.
I like being able to email clients both individually and as part of a mass email blast. The Parent Portal is great; our parents love it.
Some critiques, no way to allow for member discounts, and the family system is confusing for families without kids.
I like how it is evolving and how I can keep track of my hours and tuition payments. I like how easy it is to get a list of emails or addresses, how easy it is to create a statement for a parent.
Example: Current students who are not registered for an upcoming session, families not paid by the payment deadline, all students registered for a class that is cancelled for some reason etc. ).

Their customer service has been amazing to work with and they are knowledgeable in the industry.

The very best thing about CE is that the support is really fantastic. They are very responsive and I mostly get an answer to my question the first time I try.
My organization really dislikes the forums and we need to reset settings, but we'd have to go through 600+ users to reset each setting individually due to an error during set up.
Helps us be more organized, that is it leads us to do good things we might not have thought of on our own. Interesting when your software optimizes your club operations.
Extremely difficult to navigate. Very confusing and difficult to add PDF files to communications.
We love the ease of set-up of website and various activities. We also like the solid web-base for members.
When our newsletter writer showed me the problems she encounters using the Club Express editor, it was obvious to me that no writers were involved in the creation of the tool.

The team are great and I must say very patient with me as I wouldn’t be the best at technology. Great program Great support and I always get a reply within a short time of emailing.
I was with other companies before and the most frustrating thing was the lack of help. SENSITIVE CONTENT] and their team are never any longer than a quick phone call or even a text away.
SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been a godsend when it comes to dealing with technical support and is a great help.
If you change the name of a service you have to cancel everyone's current membership and get them to sign up to a new one which can be time consuming.
The lads have been brilliant to deal with from the beginning and they always make you feel like they genuinely care about your business. Top class service from top class people.
I no longer have to handle cash. Accounting is simplified because there's a record of every transaction.
The guys at LegitFit have been excellent in helping us make our business successful. The platform makes payment, managing clients and timetabling easy.

Would 100% recommend Legit Fit for any gym/personal trainers looking for a system to track members/payments etc the system is great and the customer service is great.

The ease of use for both staff and customers has been amazing compared to a program that was used last year. Everyone loves the invoicing look and ease of payment.
Anything I need/that is missing to the software, I contact them and within a couple of weeks (or months, depending on the complexity) it is added to the software.
Time saving, easy, accessible, good for team, good for parents, great for registers, free trials and peace of mind and efficiency.
There's a few annoying niggly features - for example, when you try to go back a page it will take you to the beginning of an entire list rather than just the beginning of the page you were on.
They are so responsive to feedback and the ever-changing needs of their clients. They are personable, professional and the software is fantastic.
The only downside is that is doesn't work well with Safari so I have to use Google Chrome to run.
The team have been brilliant at answering questions and the facebook group has been great for sharing tips and getting quick responses.
Found it hard to work the portals for other teachers to use.
Having the additional videos to help with any issues is also helpful. The customer service is fantastic.
I am very happy with it and the costumer service has always been great answering all my questions and taking on my feedback during development process.
I love the integrated Stripe payments, and the registration options. The system is very easy to use, the apps are great for my teachers to upload information off site.

How the software handled adding products that will be charged for. Initially the products were listed in the order added with no ability to change the order or logically group products.
I have been with exercise.com on and off and they are always improving their systems. I am super pleased with the success team and their ability to break down how to use the software effectively.

They have guided me every step in setting up my new online business. I am excited about just how much this platform will help me build a successful online training business.

Dislike next to nothing about this software. The client app could be slightly more visually appealing but the functionaility and features more than make up for any shortcomings.
They are fantastic and couldn't recommend them more to someone looking to expand online services to their clients.

How the software handled adding products that will be charged for. Initially the products were listed in the order added with no ability to change the order or logically group products.
I have been with exercise.com on and off and they are always improving their systems. I am super pleased with the success team and their ability to break down how to use the software effectively.
Communication due to time zone difference most difficult and slowed process.
They have guided me every step in setting up my new online business. I am excited about just how much this platform will help me build a successful online training business.
Just the initial time it takes to learn the software. It is alot to soak in but that is no different from any other platform.

This product has been a lifesaver for our gym. We love the ease of check in, the communication options for members, and the ease of billing and invoicing.
12x per month type memberships are set up bad for the first month since it allows that new member to check in 12 times within the first month, even if they sign up the last week of the month.
The people at PushPress are so helpful, friendly, prompt, and just so all around awesome that you actually look forward to interacting with them.
The billing set up with adding sub members has kinda been confusing. For example, we have a couple in the gym.
The online help is ‘actual’ people who reply actually help. They understand your business too, which is excellent.
I would say nothing had even crossed my mind agony what is wrong with the software. I feel their is no weakness.
Super easy to input information, very responsive and easy to work from an admin perspective.
No real phone application, using the website can be slow when checking athletes in (on phone).
Every year the software has added new features. The company is very responsive to the needs of the gyms that use it and the customer service is amazing.
I really enjoy the ease of use and responsiveness, whether I’m in front of my computer, or on the go. The customer service is phenomenal, and they’re constantly working to improve their product.
Excellent software aside, Push Press has proven their value to me by adding priceless resources such as the support of mentors to get my business moving in the right direction.
I like the ease of using it. Anytime I have an issue the crew is always quick to help and fix it.
I love how this integrated with SugarWOD and it's ease of use.
Tech support is responsive and has provided clear solutions for anything I contact them about. If they asked me to marry the I'd say yes.

This software helps from following up on leads, to forecasting sales and revenue- even payroll and keeping track of t-shirt inventory.
