What is Ottimate?

Plate IQ provides an accounts payable solution designed to help Hospitality companies, Accounting and Bookkeeping firms, and Construction companies automate manual invoice workflows and bill-paying processes. We save time, increase data accuracy, and provide insight into spend by extracting line item data from invoices and automatically coding purchases to GL accounts.

Additional functionality:

•Approvals - If a piece of information appears on an invoice, Plate IQ can turn it into an approval routing rule.

•Bill Pay - Manage payments via ACH, paper check, or vCard

•Statements - Reconcile vendor statements automatically.

•Insights - Gain up-to-date cost and vendor pricing insights.

•Spend Management (Beta)- Link existing corporate cards, Issue virtual or physical cards to holistically track all spend across your organization

Plate IQ was founded in 2014, graduated Y Combinator in the summer of 2015, and launched at 100 locations in early 2016. Since then, we've processed more than $10 billion worth of invoices and tracked more than 1 million SKUs. We now serve more than 10,000 customers.
