However, you are limited to using two CC vendors and both have very high rates. My CC processing is my highest monthly expense. Additionally, the refund process does not work well. You can not refund on the same day as running the card. It will also time out during processing which generally results in client CC being run twice. It is also easy for staff to mark an invoice as paid without actually running the card - obviously not ideal”
