What is Lead Docket?

Lead Docket is a cloud-based lead tracking software designed to help law firms manage leads, referrals, tasks, contacts, and more on a centralized platform to improve overall conversion rates. Managers can send automated emails and text messages with images to prospects and create customizable intake forms to collect lead information.

Lead Docket allows organizations to compare leads based on specific time periods, monitor business revenue based on marketing source or attorney, and gain visibility into leads by location on a map and other key performance indicators (KPIs) through reports. Law firms can track inbound or outbound referrals, receive automated follow-up alerts, generate documents, and import or export data from various case management systems to the platform. Legal professionals can also search, filter, tag, duplicate, and sort leads, monitor contacts from external or internal sources, and automatically create task assignments.

Lead Docket facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as Twilio, PracticePanther, SendGrid, Prevail, and more. The software also helps administrators track signups, opportunities, assigned cases, unread messages, and tasks on a centralized dashboard.
