What is momencio ?

momencio is a B2B event intelligence platform used by sales and marketing teams to manage lead capture and engagement from in-person business events.

The platform is used at trade shows, conferences, roadshows, field marketing programs, and brand activations where teams interact with prospects and need to record contact information together with the context of each conversation.

Leads can be captured using a standard iOS or Android device from badges, QR codes, business cards, and printed name tags.

The platform operates independently of event-provided scanning hardware or APIs and can function offline, with captured contacts synchronizing to CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and Microsoft Dynamics once connectivity is restored.

During conversations with attendees, representatives can present digital materials including videos, PDFs, slides, and other marketing assets while recording qualification responses, notes, and interaction details within the lead record.

After the interaction, a representative can generate a personalized LiveMicrosite containing the content referenced during the conversation and send a follow-up email directly from the platform.

Engagement activity associated with each contact is recorded in the IntelliStream timeline, which tracks post-event interactions with shared materials.

AI EdgeCapture can enrich captured contacts with additional information such as verified business email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, job titles, and company data.

Reporting dashboards provide visibility into lead activity, engagement signals, and event performance across multiple events.
