The platform offers title templates and channel-based description which enables users to create custom product descriptions. It also facilitates the formatting and mapping of product data to various online channels.

The feed management module within StoreAutomator enables businesses to create product feeds for various marketing and advertising channels in multiple formats such as XLS, CSV, TXT and XMS. Plus, it allows users to create different channels, as well as feeds, for drop shippers. The StoreAutomator platform integrates with various third-party applications such as Amazon, eBay, Google Express, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Bronto, Nextopia, Olapic, Pixlee and Facebook.
