Pros
I like the ease in which products can be toggled, adjusted, and managed for quick updates on multiple platforms. The support team has always been responsive and helpful too.
I love that they are constantly improving the functionality on a regular basis and are open to recommendations along those lines. Overall this is an excellent value.
The on-boarding team has been great and very responsive to our needs. They have quickly addressed any issues we were having.
Cons
There also seems to be a time delay for quantities updating across the channels. This has been a problem that we have seen on multiple times when we are at 1 or 2 units left for specific SKU's.
The lack of being able to change the SKU after the product is created.
We came from the other I-should-not-bad-mouth, much larger, publicly traded competitor. They basically abandoned us and even said to me, in writing, 'last time we work on this issue.
