You can go in and make notes, and a colleague can come into the same doc later and pick up where you left off. “The builtin version control can be useful to find who changed the content, but the free tier is severely limited in terms of version control/management and reverts/reapplies (5 vers limit, hard to revert/copy from older versions in free tier). I cannot rate it higher since the simultaneous editing of documents can only be done from the web, working on-premises you have to block the editing of the document or additional documents will be generated due to synchronization problems.”
