Ease of use and customization are the two biggest pros of ProjectTeam. I am an administrator for my organization and the ability to adjust forms and workflows on the fly has been a huge help.

Can be frustrating working within documents, if for example a document is placed in the wrong folder, there is no way to move it to the correct folder easily.

This software is feature rich and the BEST function of this software is its ability to be fully customizable.

It is very easy to manage and user friendly. Not so hard to learn and so many good features in tracking the progress of the work.

My overall experience with Project Team is very good. It is user friendly and I like using it.

Overall, my experience with ProjectTeam.com isn't bad, and if you get past the signing in issues, it's a pretty good website for project management.

Liz did a wonderful job training us and answered all our questions without delay.  you get so many "free" sessions and it was more than enough.  I submitted a ticket for help on writing a report.  [sensitive content hidden] responded immediately and had us trained the following day within 20 minutes.  Just wonderful people to work with!

Project Management Made Easy

Hi Alexa, thanks for your review! We have worked very hard to make sure the user interface is easy for all user types. As for the file management area, there are rules within the platform that limit the deletion or movement of files from folders based on certain conditions. However, you can always "copy" a file from one folder to another if you are restricted from moving the file :) 

A useful tool for overseeing each task and detail while coordinating work across teams. I'm still in the research stage. For the management of my projects, it is quite beneficial. It is simple to use, and I can include it with many tools.

Good overall experience. Several features make my job easier, like activity log (tracks progress of documents), communications directly through a specific document screen (discuss submittals with subs, architects and engineers through the submittal screen), and preset or custom reports.

Hi Jay, thanks for your review! Reporting by nature can be a little intimidating but have you tried the "Express Reports" options yet? They are a great option for users that aren't confident in the full reporting tools to create meaningful outputs against your data. Reports are one of the most widely used features of ProjectTeam.com and for good reason! There is really no limit to the types of reports and/or dashboards you can create in the system. I'll have someone from our team send helpful videos and other resources from our library that should be a big help. 

best bang for your Buck

License costs were lower than competitors, implementation investment was a fraction of other solutions, ramp up time was immediate.  With all that it is still an extremely robust application that is easily scale-able to any size project in any industry.

Thanks for the review, Brian! Just letting you know that we added the ability to hide, alias, and reorder out-of-the-box system fields in early 2020. That way, you can mix and match custom fields and system fields to configure your various form types to look and act as you need them to.

Thanks for the review, Socrates! The sharing features allow you to keep information private before deciding to share with other team members. For example, you can create an RFI and share it with other members of your internal company to make sure all the necessary information is there before sharing it with your designers/architects. Update: In early 2020, we added the ability to define "auto-share" rules. Rules can be set up to automatically share records based on conditions such as create, share, or gets access.

The application has given me total transparency across all of my projects. My company handles numerous design-build projects.  Before using ProjectTeam our project team had issues trying to get a handle on every aspect of every project. We have not only centralized our data but are now in "Sync" with all of our contractors by "Sharing" the project info with all entities of the project saving my company time and money. Thank you ProjectTeam!

You can filter your search results by form type such as RFIs, Drawings, Contracts, Budget Items, etc. Your search results can be viewed in either a list view or an expanded view to help you find what you need quickly.
