LIME works very well straight out of the box and it's easy to use. Because of this people like it a lot and there is very little if any resistance from the users.
At the time of purchase the history data was not available but now that's been fixed too.

All customer relations, contacts and sales are in one place. Also good that all of our events and marketing is connected to each other.
Lime CRM is a relative easy product to use and navigate in. It's easy to integrate with third part systems.
Feels like some tables could run smoother and faster.

I think the system is capable of a lot more than what we use it for.
Your great support. It is also user friendly and easy to use
Nothing in particular. If i have to say something it might be that some integrations only are available in the webb version

Nice UI which makes sense, and good support
There's a bug that sometimes newly created object can't be found and therefore can't be added or dealt with. This disturbs the workflow as you have to wait for the next day or even later for it to appear.
