It allows the customer to schedules appointments.
Easy to navigate. If we have a problem great customer service. Had a few issues with blocking time. But was resolved.
Some issues with blocking off time. It would not correlate with office calendar. Sometimes if an appointment is already made and you have to reschedule it . The appointment doesn't update.

Able to get all the departments in the company connected.
I like that we are able to customize it to fit the companies needs. We all know what each other is doing cause it gives us that accessibility.
That it gets confused with old appointments that were no shows and when they make a new one it adds the old date.

Our users are able to sync Salesforce with their Google calendars so that we can schedule appointments for them.
It works fairly well with Salesforce but our users are required to have Google email addresses, it does not integrate with Outlook.
Navigating through the tabs and calendars. For ever user I have to perform a series of clicks to get to their specific calendar, and if I'm looking at more than one in a session I have to refresh my page for it to actually show up.

Setster is simple to use. The process is intuitive. Clients find it easy to see available times and book appointments.
Hard to customize email templates that go out to clients. Hard to understand how round-robin system works for bookings. Not really intuitive for customers to reschedule an appointment.

Time zone syncing so that I can schedule appointments with international customers.
Setster automatically adjusts time zones for your customers, making it easy to make appointments with international clients.
It is not as sleek-looking as some other packages and I have had some difficulty syncing it with other calendars.
