Great for looking up reviews made by real people and not just bots doing reviews. Its kind funny to write a review about a review site that does reviews.
Because some of the reviews about the 'fraudulent' companies in trend there, are hard to believe that it was an issue posted there as a review.
I enjoy the ability of consumers and users to provide honest feedback, suggestions, experiences with the company and products, as well as share frustrations.
There's no option to always get in contact with the customers. When a customer posts a bad review, the only thing we could do is ask the customer for it's reference number so that we can look into it.
Overall it has been great, I have found some amazing software thanks to Trustpilot.
Customer support wasn't sure what's the problem when I'm getting error while signing up.
The software was super easy to use and was made user friendly where anyone would have ease using it.
If you don’t cancel at least 30 days in advance of renewal, they won’t release you from the contract. Extremely poor business practices.
Overall it is a very easy, high quality and trustworthy site to write/read reviews and it's totally free to create and account there and start doing reviews that will help other people.
It has been excellent, good customer service good return on investment.

Our personal rep has also been really great to work with. She does a wonderful job of informing us of new YotPo features and analyzing our content for areas of growth.
Sometimes people provide personal information in their questions, and if we accidentally send these questions (and personal information) to other customers, we might get sued.
They offer quite a few features in the lower priced tiers and are relatively easy to use. Yotpo is a recognized name by many consumers as a trusted reviews platform, which is a great benefit.
I hate when companies don't put their pricing out there in the open and make you contact them for it.
I loved the ability to keep everything all in one place. It's super user friendly (although I'm still learning every day).
WAY too expensive and our reviews are disorganized and all over our website.
Yotpo has motivated results much better than previous installations I have had. I am so grateful I took a chance with this system.
It's very unlikely that the person will go back and write a new review since they are now no longer prompted to do a review.

The amount of very positive reviews has been a boost not just to our marketing efforts but also affirms that we are doing a good job.
Also, an annoying issue for me, is when responding to a review, if I click away in Okendo, I lose what I typed, and that's most frustrating.
We had a great experience with Okendo and now that is it set up, the reviews are pouring in. Love that it doesn't take maintenance.
Lack of customization of the Review Submission form. Time zone difference from their Support Team and our Office causes a 1+ day delay in communication typically.
Overall, the customer service was really, really good. It's been only a couple of weeks so far but very happy with the product and the customer service.
So I have to pay an extra premium just to get them to sync. I already pay you both monthly why am I paying more.
Easy to navigate, reliable experience and great customer service.
People seem to like Okendo to leave a review, well, nobody has made any negative comments. Okendo don't bother me like Yotpo did.
My customers are also leaving reviews at a higher rate. I think it is from the wonderful email solution that is deployed.

All of the staff is SUPER friendly and willing to help any time. Any time I've needed help setting something up or I have questions; they've been quick to respond, friendly and unbelievably helpful.
So much trouble to install and very limited features.
Support has been great and we found the rich snippets to be awesome in improving our SEO. What's great for Magento users is that you can easily switch between multi-store accounts.
The worst thing is the rewards for purchases stopped working for over EIGHT MONTHS. Flagged it to their customer service team who first responds with scripted answers.
Overall we're incredibly happy using Stamped.io, the support has been fantastic and we're a long term loyal customer.
Rewards plugin stopped working and no one bothers to fix things.
Stamped.io is hands down THE BEST value I have seen. Not only are their prices very competitive, but they have the best customer service I have seen with a review company.
Not yet a Google partner, makes getting your reviews on Google shopping tricky.

I've loved working with Annex Cloud and would recommend evaluating them to any colleague in need of a Loyalty Partner.
Searching for activity history is challenging. Too many unclear or similar sounding menu options that make it unclear as to where to search or what I can actually do on the site.
As we've implemented complex and customized programs globally, we have developed strong partnerships with our Annex Representatives and they have been amazing to work with.
Some basic reporting was missing as default reports.
Annex Cloud has been extremely flexible and responsive to our Loyalty Software needs.
The lack of analytics and launch of new features.
Their customer success team has also been very helpful setting up custom reports and data exports, providing best-in-class examples when continuing to optimize our program and much more.
It's still too early to determine the lift, however we had more e-commerce sign-ups during this timeframe then this same timeframe last year. I'll report back soon to share the ongoing lift.

While we are on an older version of their API, the newer version looks like an improvement in the right direction, taking things from good to great.
They always help when requested and seem to have a "client first" mentality.
The team helped greatly with integration and have made every effort to work with our team to ensure that the implementation went smooth.
The software seems to be fairly intuitive and easy to navigate and use.
Their solution is "out-of-the-box", however they made accommodations along the way to support our connections and data requirements, especially around our SSO security requirements.

Some basic reporting was missing as default reports.
Annex Cloud has been extremely flexible and responsive to our Loyalty Software needs.
The lack of analytics and launch of new features.
Their customer success team has also been very helpful setting up custom reports and data exports, providing best-in-class examples when continuing to optimize our program and much more.
It's still too early to determine the lift, however we had more e-commerce sign-ups during this timeframe then this same timeframe last year. I'll report back soon to share the ongoing lift.
Solid loyalty tool with great customer support.
I have experienced great customer service with Annex Cloud. I rarely have to wait for a response when I send in a question.
We went through an extensive vendor selection process and went with Annex because of their robust feature offering and strong underlying technology stack. We have not been disappointed.
While we are on an older version of their API, the newer version looks like an improvement in the right direction, taking things from good to great.
They always help when requested and seem to have a "client first" mentality.
The team helped greatly with integration and have made every effort to work with our team to ensure that the implementation went smooth.
The software seems to be fairly intuitive and easy to navigate and use.
Their solution is "out-of-the-box", however they made accommodations along the way to support our connections and data requirements, especially around our SSO security requirements.

Customer support at Smile has been super friendly and helpful throughout the process of setting up and maintaining our loyalty and referral program.
It is limited to very few POS systems. I left because it is not compatible with Lightspeed.
Smile was an amazing partner for us, suggested Smile to couple of our clients, lauched our reward program and there was no turning back.
Unfortunately, this service is not practical for smaller or starter businesses because they charge $50 per month and up.
Smile offers some excellent features for VIP programs such as discounts, free gift with purchase, and contest entries you can offer customers.
For example, if I want to have a chat features, now I have two widgets floating around. No API unless on the Enterprise version.
There are a lot of helpful articles that they have and send out to best set up and utilize this app. Provides a helpful way to give your customers more incentives to make repeat purchases.
It should have come out much sooner. I had to suffer through other providers that were far less superior for too long.
I like how simple it is for our team and our customers to use. The UI is very nice and intuitive.
Very suitable for fashion stores in shopify. You can track and manage loyalty programs and referral programs.
It's easy and intuitive to use. It looks pretty good out of the box too.
Adding and removing way to get points and redeem rewards are easy. The simplicity of managing each members/customers on their membership.
Easy to set up and easy to operate. Recent changes to the platform have improved the backend experience.
Another thing I like are the milestones they allow you to set so you can create tiers in your VIP program.
