Best LMS for training external customers and end users

Great Bid process and we were able to try the experience prior to purchase. Great onboarding and very personalized help. Assisted with most heavy lifting like bulk user setup, single-sign-on setup, and always offered suggestions as we got started. Also listened to concerns and have been great with upgrade requests.

Pros

The ability to customize learning environments for customers is the best. This allows you the opportunity to "sublet" your LMS. This is the easiest way out there to allow you to turn your LMS into a profit center.

Cons

There are some features that can be found in premium LMSs that are not available, but the price of Docebo or SuccessFactors is also not worth those features.

Incredible LMS

Particularly during the pandemic we have been able to ensure compliance via online training. This has reduced the costs of delivering face to face sessions and allowed our teams to access training on the go. the authoring tool has been the best feature, we can now be creative ourselves in creating quick and easy training for our teams. The authoring tool is so easy to use.

Pros

From the initial integration we have been supported so much by the team at My Learning Hub. Integration was quick and easy, the product has allowed us to deliver Mandatory training to our teams whilst also taking advantage of the authoring tool to create our own bespoke Training. Employees with no experience of technology have found the system easy to use.

Cons

There have been no problems with the software.

The support element is very good, we have always had exceptional service from this and is a great plus. My learning Hubs platform was the first LMS we have used and so far our people like what we have.

Pros

The platform is user friendly, easy to use and simple to administer. Although basic, the authoring tool allows us to make content quickly. As a leader, the platform is set up to be able to quickly see the compliance of your people.

Cons

The Authoring Tool is basic but is a good bolt on to the product.

We have a joined up protocol foe instigating protocols across numerous different companies in one business. Helps to bring organisations together, working towards the same goal.

Pros

It allows us to monitor and recording learning across our business. Communicating new polices and procedures is easy. WE can see at a glance who is interacting and who isnt

Cons

Can be a bit 'clunky' but is getting better.
