This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.

Gensuite's ability to analyze information across a large enterprise adds value for my team. Gensuite also has great workflow capacity and wonderful customer service.
Product support has been lagging at times when there is a problem.
Outstanding customer support and bug fixes, the "Help Me" feature provide an excellent and fast communication channel with the technical and administrative teams.
The user interface is ridiculously complex, and cannot be changed. After four years of use, my employees still complain about how difficult it is to enter information.
It is great for tracking incidents, OSHA Logs. The Compliance Calendar and Action Plan are great tools for tracking proactive and reactive action to inspections, incidents and regular requirements.
No Security gate log to manage emergency evacuations.
Robust framework allows for excellent incident tracking. Compliance calendar is also very helpful, as is the inspection tool.
Why do we have to 'pay' to get 'basic functionality. Why does it take so long for things to be addressed or fixed.
All of its wonderful capabilities and the program is very easy to use.
Used for required training on workplace violence response.

We are still using Quickbooks for accounting for now. The webinars have been great, the support team has been great, our trainer was great.
There are times when a question asked gets bumped up and it takes a long time to correct or answer that you lose track of the problem.
Invoicing is easy and we are impressed with professional looking invoice templates that are easy to read. Also it is easy to manage the outstanding accounts receivable.
The program was often slow and sluggish between screen changes (I have very fast ethernet connection 250mbps DL speed).
Each and everyone of them I have interacted over the years have been amazing. All of them in customer service are tremendously helpful in setting up the software for my new firm.
It was the most expensive waste of time I've experienced in a long while. It's right up there with Yelp advertising.
Billing process is easy and intuitive as we can provide clients with a detailed invoicing if required. Ability to manage subcontractors pretty much like our employees is very helpful.
We have not had any significant problems over the course of using it. At times the interface does require quite a few clicks to get things done.
The QuickBooks integration is very stable and makes sense once you understand it. The user interface looks nice, is operationally smooth and is very responsive both in design and speed.
We love the reports and other methods that allows us view the information helpful to make important business decisions.
While I am still learning and looking at how our company can best utilize CORE in all areas, we are definitely benefitting from using it.
We like the reporting features and use them often, the rich billing features as well. It has taken us away from using a separate software for managing contacts, which is very helpful.
Last but not the least we are enjoying excellent customer service and support.
We have used it for quite a few years now and it has given us good insight into the firms overall performance on projects. We have used those results to fine tune or pricing.
My overall experience with Core is great. I think it is more user friendly on the admin side.
We also use the Retainer aspect which is helpful for our clients, much better than trying to keep track of in manually in excel or quickbooks.

After trying a lot of new AI copywriting tools, I think Scalenut is the best one because it has a simple, clean UI and makes meaningful, accurate text. Was worth the money and very easy to use.
The AI can sometimes be repetitive in its writing, but this is not unique to Scalenut. Jarvis has the same problem and is much more expensive.
Everything is good and their help section and tutorials are wow, have you tried their customer support you'll love that.
Some small features are still missing such as being able to specify content output size.
Scalenut comes with lot of features write quality content for SEO & Social media. Among them, I like Topic Research, UI/UX, Support is amazing, Great community, SEO tools & more.
The one thing that I don't like about Scalenuts AI Writer is the fact that there isn't a way to customize any of the frameworks and templates.
I compared Scalenut to other competitives, I think it provides the best monthly credit with good quality.
My current output is short, some of it repetitive, and I have to switch back and forth between AI Connectors, Write with AI, and AI operators in order to write more.
Additionally, the NLP terms, competition report, and questions are good. UI & UX are superb, very tidy and clean.
It might be an AI tool, but it has a mind of its own, and you see that when it generates the best and most amazing content that boosts your conversions.
I really appreciate the long-form article writer, and how the AI learns from what you do. Pricing is fair and very competitive.

My overall experience with frase is quite fantastic. The more I am using this tool, the more I am learning about all of its sweet optimization secrets.
Sometimes the auto-save feature is flaky. I've lost an article one time due to auto-save not working.
Overall this software is spectacular with incredible room for growth and improvement. I am excited to see what happens over the next months and years to come.
If you try to figure out how to get started with out looking at the tutorials you'll be a bit lost.
Wow, seriously, this tool is super powerful and I'm just scratching the surface. I am not a content creator (yet), but with Frase, I just don't see how I can't.
Say goodbye to writers block. With this software you're going to suffer from the opposite.
I liked the ability to research a specific subject, it scans the info available on the web and generates a summary of places of interest with good content.
I don't know at the moment whether this is because I just missed the point (quite possible) or whether there just isn't a whole lot out there on what I've written about.
The other great thing about this tool is the amazing support team and community behind it. I'm really enjoying working with them.
It's a joy using it and if they added a tool like "refrase" to use found snippets and rephrase them quickly to make writing even be faster. But even as is… you will be very pleased.
I've used Frase to update and improve existing content on several different websites and it has been very effective at helping me to increase search rankings and drive more traffic.
So, I guess the thing I like best about Frase is the fact that we will not only be able to move fast but "SAVE MONEY.
It's very easy to use and it does support your activity with helpful hints, suggestions, content awareness and comparisons so you can do your best writing job.

I feel debugging is difficult. Drop down or drag and drop functions should be made available because it's difficult to keep track and remember syntax of functions and it's usage.
Splunk provides a very flexible solution for helping you gather huge amount of data and then setting up alerts and configuring reports which helps you in converting data into an actionable insight.
We use spluk for datamining, particularly bad password attempts.
Data retrieval and visualisation is nice and easy if you know the right querying process. Machine Learning supports enhances performance for the cloud, especially.

Its pretty simple to use and development is made easy. It also has good online community guys out there are pretty helpful when in need.
Monthly updates is a pain as most of the time there are issues with updates and also issues with extensions getting messed up.
It is a very easy to use product and I really like the monthly releases, great for a SAAS product.

I'm happy to be using this product as it becomes better and will be a very strong product to beat in the future.
It's hard to read and when extracting the data and the formatting is hard to read / follow.
As in our Customer Service Center the biggest volume of users are the agents, the ease of use and friendly interface are one of the most important things for us.
There is always the worry that the system will go down and leave us dead in the water but those instances have been minimal so far.
I like the ability to have so many features all in one solution. This allows us to operate with minimal 3rd party vendors and helps minimise costs.
Since it is centrally located on the cloud, we have had some issues with lag.

He saved us time and money by using his bots to speed up mundane tasks. My experience with Bizagi is excellent, it is really the most important part of my work that I enjoy very much.

The best tool for ticket/incident management for a large enterprise organization. It can create and tickets delegating it to individual groups so that it can be look at promptly for resolution.
Service now could be confusing at times and lacked integration with other systems/software.
Having used a few different 'helpdesk' type solutions in the past, and not having usually been impressed by the user interface, I found ServiceNow's tool refreshingly simple to use.
Had some troubles attaching the KB articles to the tickets.
The experience has been fantastic so far. We have been able to resolve tickets that comes to us with a quicker turnaround time since it directly comes to our queue.

User-friendly and with good tracking features, like tracking the amount of time a user spends in an application so that it can help your company to know its productivity in a certain area.
I have asked and received no response from their support staff, which was irritating.
We are happy extremely happy with the overall product and the Customer service is outstanding.
Sad to say that we no longer use Teramind as it has a min requirement of 5 licenses but we have only one system to monitor.
The system offers a very proactive and detailed monitoring platform which quite frankly, is absolutely fantastic.
I also don't like how if there is an outage of reporting it doesn't seem to be possible to get logs from the software that would indicate the reason why.
I highly recommend this program. Customer service is great and help you right away.
It will time out and try to reconnect for no apparent reason. It requires you to shut down the program and could require program repair to fully correct.
Easy to use and monitor activities, I like the privacy features of the software as well. Performance review is easy as well as tracking activities done hence improve productivity.

The program includes a very comprehensive set of tracking tools, a great user interface, and a user-friendly dashboard.

The best of all is the ease of integration with your project, both to the back and front, and how easy it is to build the queries.
If you were a non-technical user, then the software would be difficult to understand.
We are currently considering incorporating other features. They will hopefully be as good.

The free plan includes a lot of operations per month, but as soon as you go over the limits, the pricing becomes quite aggressive. I'd rather pay per use, for the exact number of operations performed.

All my accounting problems have been solved by this. Chances of Fraud have been reduced as all my work is being done on cloud.
It is easy to use with great UI. I love how easy and quick it is to access data and generate analysis with attracting graphic and charts.
When using so much product data, it can take a while to load at times which can be frustrating at times.
The tool has great features like the planning menu and the easy of use interface. It's a complete tool for Business Intelligence and analytics, with beautiful views and charts.
The updates don't always work well and we have to call and have problems fixed as an update rolls out.
The price and it updates on its own. For a smaller company, this is a great way to get a great product for a great price that'll fit your business.
Poor cartography funcionality (example drive time).
I like its friendly using functions and how it is easy to build nice and insightful visualization of business keys variables. Tracking revenue, cash, sales.

GoSpotCheck has just gone from strength to strength and the ease of use and functionality can not be faulted.
The only problem i ever had with this app was trying to figure out how to start my audits. Once I figured out it was just touch and go, I never had another problem with it.
I have had a few tech issues in the past, but the customer service has been fantastic and worked hard to resolve the issues. I highly recommend using this app.
Limited history retained. Uses up the battery for long missions.
Their follow up and reassurance that they are there for you is fabulous. The application is easy to use - setting up custom missions for your company is a matter of following walk thru instructions.
