CustomBooks™ helps team members manage inventory workflows, create purchase orders along with drop-ship addresses, and generate supplier invoices. It also allows supervisors to monitor cash flows and upload sales data to inventory entries, letting users gain visibility into income status, current sales orders, and accounts receivable.
Supervisors can use the time tracking functionality to monitor work hours of employees and contractors, link entries to specific projects or contracts, and determine the associated profitability. The solution also helps operators create quotes from inventory items, monitor item transfers across warehouses, and record assembly builds.
