Customer Service 

This product was grossly misrepresented to me by the sales team.  They don't understand the capabilities of the software and only want to make a sale.  It is not a good software for me and a terrible fit.  I specifically said I didn't want to have to integrate with QB and now that is the only option I have to get reports and billing invoices. It will take many hours to reconcile back to QB and at this point, it would take less time to start over with a new software.

The best approach to keep track of many projects' time and expenditures. Invoicing is also a breeze because to the platform's user-friendly interface. I can view all of my projects and team members in this platform, and we can all manage everything together. The Bigtime team's assistance is also a big plus in my book.

Enhancing Project Management with BigTime

I'm in QA engineering normally, but I've recently taken part in some internal billing related projects where we've consulted out to other firms. Using this software has really streamlined things for me in a way where project management isn't so daunting anymore. I highly recommend the software and would use it again.

In our month of using BigTime, our experience has been wonderful! Our Customer Success Manager is AMAZING! We ran into some logging in issues for a team member and she jumped right on getting it fixed for us! The software has been so beneficial for Project Management in the month we have been using it. We still have a training session left with our CSM at BigTime to learn more features it offers and we cannot wait to learn what else it has to offer!

I haven't worked with other programs, but overall my experience with BigTime has been very good.

BigTime is great for consultants working in a remote office environment.

I really like the reporting it's outstanding. I can quickly and easily analyze my data, allowing me to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to drive growth in my business. The ability to customize the reports to my specific needs is another standout feature that I really appreciated.

Overall, I love the interface, I love the easy of use, and I love the support. Even without being fully functional yet, we are getting a lot of raves from staff who appreciate the ease of approvals, the easy to use timesheet, and the functionality.

Overall BigTime is a good system that works for what it is suppose to and is simple to use for someone that knows how to use a computer. We have been able to track hours against certain projects by person which helps us with cost estimating. I am sure there are plenty of good systems out there but I have been satisfied for my responsibility when using BigTime. 

Good Basic system that is easy to use

My company is able to use Bigtime for time and job management.  All of our employees utilize it and is pretty user friendly.  Customer support is extremely important to me and I have been working with representative who is the Manager for Customer Success and she has been great to work with! Without her support I would not have been able to learn how to utilize all of the functions that are beneficial for our business. Big time is worth a try

Jen H.:                                                I'm Jen. I'm the president of the Civil Engineering Firm. I would give BigTime five stars out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Before I used BigTime, I use Deltek Vision and QuickBooks, and those are very robust programs for a lot of projects. And I didn't have that number of projects that I needed to look at. I started using BigTime because my friends recommended it to me. I have a friend who is a landscape architect who uses it every day and he was very proud of the program and thought highly of it and recommended that I take a look at it.
                                                       When I looked at it, it was the perfect piece of software for what I needed at the time. I picked up BigTime when I first started my business. It was very easy to pick it up, very easy to call and ask questions of customer service. We had a two hour onboarding session that showed me all of the intricacies of BigTime. The key things are how many employees do you really want to use this? And what functions do you want them to perform? Because I had to go through a lot to figure that out as to what access to give who.
