The customer service is exceptional and I am glad we use Inselligence!

Pros

Inselligence is where I start my day. The "keep it green" screen identifies where I need to turn my attention and keep me on track to hit my goals. The UI is user friendly and allows me to customize how I want my data to be presented.

Cons

The Inselligence team regularly makes improvements to the UI and in the beginning it was a little frustrating when they would move or change a feature. However, they have fine-tuned the UI and it has remained consistent.

Amazing product

Extremely positive experience. The team was knowledgeable and helped us buildout out our pipeline more efficiently which directly lead to more deal flow and closings.

Pros

It allowed us to properly identify the inefficiencies and back logs in our sales pipeline and focus our energy in the right areas.

Cons

Really no fault to Inselligence but it took us a few tries to find our proper milestones.

Pros

I loved the ease of integration and customization of metrics and indicators.

Cons

My business is rather unique, so it was less about liking inselligence and more around capability of existing products, databases and fields we currently utilize in existing CRMs and production systems
