Pros and cons

Dedicated team of professionals; always willing to go above and beyond to help customers. Great product and looking forward to all their updates and improvements they are rolling out.
They have built a powerful, easy to use web interface. The onboarding of our staff and contacts was excellent 3 Any issues we have had were addressed immediately and professionally by Emitrr staff.
Overall it's been great like I said their customer service is amazing. You let them know of a problem and they try to fix it.
Our customers had problems displaying some font characters.
It lags when I am trying to reach a patient I cannot instantly hear them and they cannot hear me which causes them to eventually hang up.
I did not or have not seen anything that I don't like about this platform.

Excellent Software

My clients have had better patient engagement using review requests and survey requests. Also, the Emitrr representatives are incredibly helpful and always willing to help.

Pros

I like that it has helped get a lot of my client new reviews. Every client who has this software has gotten positive reviews.

Cons

I would like training clips for the software. I would like to be able to look at videos if I forget how a certain feature works or how to better explain it to my clients and team members.

Glad we found Emitrr

Overal - we enjoy using Emitrr. This has given us the freedom to communicate with our customers where all our staff and lead field technician can see and communicate effectively with our consumers.

Pros

We love the integration with our CRM System, HouseCall Pro, and Slack which we use to communicate in-house. As for the texting communication functions of this product, we couldn't ask for more. They are always adding new updates and the improvements are always excellent! They help with the day to day functionality of the product.

Cons

The only true "con" for us is that the VoIP function of the feature is not available and it was not reliable at the time we tried to implement it. We currently use another product but are patiently waiting for this feature within Emtirr to be perfected so that we can keep all our communication within 1 platform. Another small "con" is that it takes the app and desktop just a little longer than preferred to fresh when new messages come in....but I am sure that can be fixed.

Pros

Similar to our previous platform. Easy to use, lots of feautures make it easy to customize for our companies best practices.

Cons

Some of the functions are redundant or contradict each other...

Best customer service and great software!

Pros

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team have been super attentive and try to accommodate all of my company's needs. They keep improving the software and add features upon demand. The software on the computer has all the features and the mobile has slightly less, so definitely recommend using it on the computer as an admin, but has all the features needed on mobile if you are on the go.

Cons

The yeam keeps improving constantly so I am sire they will have all the features necessary.

Good product, excellent service

Overall, our experience has been very positive. We're learning the new software and have had a few questions/issues which were all very promptly answered and addressed. Glad we chose Emitrr!

Pros

We've used texting software for years and really appreciate the ability to assign/unassign conversations to the best team member.

Cons

There are a few extra clicks needed to send a text compared to what we were used to....not terrible, but every minute counts.

Pros

This was a VERY smooth transition from a previous software that was used. There were no hiccups in learning the platform, all very self-explanatory without the training. We have had no questions about it since using it, so simple! Love it.

Cons

I did not or have not seen anything that I don't like about this platform!

2 Minutes Downtime

The nature of our business demands from us that we keep in touch with our drivers and customers at any part of the day, and we are able to do so with Emitrr.

Pros

Due to our previous software shutdown, our organization was forced to find alternatives for text messaging, Nova Lines liked the wide spectrum of features available for us to transition painlessly to Emitrr. Text messaging is easy to use due to its user-friendly interface and good organizational back-end of the contacts. The downtime for releasing the lines and transition was short enough since we are a 24/7 working business. Customer Support and our Rep([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) is taking care of any incoming inquiries and connecting through an instant meeting to assist.

Cons

You can't use as of now the customizable screenshot tool in-app(however, we are waiting for dev's to add this functionality)

Emitrr is a great choice for nonprofit organizations

One of the things that sets Emitrr apart from other services we considered is the amazing customer service. When we had trouble setting up a text campaign, three of their employees helped us, and their whole team worked very hard and very quickly to solve the problem and implement the campaign. Every question I asked was answered. They really went out of their way to be helpful and kind. This was especially comforting to me as a new user without much technical knowledge. I felt/feel that they are always willing and ready to go out of their way to serve their customers. I highly recommend them.

Pros

The dashboard is simple and easy to use. The tools contained therein opened up a whole new world of communication to our medium-sized nonprofit organization. We just started using it, but were able to reach so many people directly, which we haven't been able to do before. We will also be using it for student communication, which we are very excited about. I also love how we are able to interact with our constituents much more easily.

Cons

I can't think of any at this time... so far it is very easy to use.

Always getting better, and with a determination to become the very best alternative product in the market, Emitrr is the kind of business we should all be proud to run, and prouder to partner with to make our businesses better.

Pros

Emitrr offers the kind of campaign automation and overall channel optimization that you expect to see from Podium and others of the sort but at a fraction of the price. For the return on investment that you receive, this service is unparalleled and is ever-evolving based upon direct feedback from the users, something we've never experienced before in decades of business operations.

Cons

Emitrr is an ever-changing product. It will never be finished because it's always finding new and better ways to do things. There are technical challenges from time to time, but every time this team of superheroes comes up against a limitation, they just break straight through it and make the product better!

Great platform for dental office

Great professional team of people willing to go above and beyond to make the platform as useful and customizable to your office. They listen to your concerns and try to understand the processes to make the best out of the software. There are flaws and bugs here and there but they’re quick to fix any issues. Great customer service. I’ve been recommending Emitrr to all our dental colleagues.

Pros

I love having the texting indicators to make sure our internal staff aren't texting the same employee.

Cons

Having to search each group list for a contact that I need to remove. I wish there was an easier way to do that.

Great concept, great customer service and continuously improving

The concept of the system is amazing and the customer service and support I received was second to none. We didn't have any issues using the software, just wish it had offered a little more but they were constantly improving and asking for feedback to meet the needs of their customers.

Pros

I appreciated the automated text when we missed a call as we were out of the office a lot. Customers would respond by text and we could answer a lot of questions or schedule appointments with Emitrr (texting) instead of having to return a phone call (meanwhile the customer was waiting on us).

Cons

I disliked the inability to have private texting conversations (all texts went to all users within the platform) or the ability to chat with my team within the platform. We also really needed a fully functioning VOIP phone option but that is still under development and testing.

“Best Solution for Customer Interaction and Engagement” Overall

I like the fact that I can bring in all of my customer communication (missed call, phone calls, webchat, texting, facebook) in one place. I love that we can text all of our missed calls, assign these conversations, drop notes and do so much more.

Pros

The biggest advantage of working with Emitrr is support and they really listen to feedback from customers very seriously.

Cons

They had some challenges figuring out how to setup this for Australian clients but we were able to resolve them quickly.

Amazing Service

Pros

It's so convenient to have the option for patients to reach out to staff via text message at any time of day. The customer service is amazing.

Cons

I have very few complaints, any time I have ever had complaints, their customer service team has been quick to respond and they always offer a workaround or completely fix the problem.

Great Value - Right Service at the Right Time

Our transition has been extremely smooth. The Emitrr team went overboard helping us to get situated and function as normal on their platform. They also helped us to understand all of the additional capabilities that Emitrr has to offer. We have just begun to scratch the surface with their product.

Pros

We shifted from ZipWhip to Emitrr. They did a fantastic job of knocking off the basic features and functionality of the software and service we had been using for the last 6 years.

Cons

Not much. They are still working through some small bugs and are very responsive.

The platform is easy to use and the support is amazing. I highly recommend using Emitrr for any business that uses texting as one of your main ways to communicate.

Pros

I use Emitrr almost exclusively for texting my clients, because my phone service does not support texting. There are may other features that I have not had a chance to dive into, but I'm looking forward to using more features in the future.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I don't like about it yet.
