I love the search function and the ability to create lists. The smart list feature is amazing.
With some languages, there seems to be more limited options.
What I love the most about OpenSesame is that they not only have great content to pull from (and plenty of it), but their support team behind the product is amazing.
There are no real cons they are so many offerings.
We love the access to diverse e-learnings, the continuous upgrades like smart lists, and the amazing customer engagement support team. OpenSesame continues to step up its game.
There was no easy way to catalog content into customer categories. And no categorization by content type.
The variety of formats, traditional eLearn, video, etc. are good; our learners like options. I also like that you can sort by provider, seat time, and language.
Hard to search for courses and administrative interface.
Great variety of topics selections to choose from on a daily basis. I would recommend to my colleagues.

I have my own environments, but CloudShare gave me the chance to access the environments in a very easy manner and have always a very good performance.
Frequent connection problems, althougn this has been diminished lately.
I like its simplicity and it's more "friendly" than it may seem. The addition of videoconferencing is really a big plus.
Connections drops at times, link can be unstable.
In technical sales it's important for customer to understand what your products can do and Cloudshare is an excellent platform to leverage to transfer that knowledge.

The ability to copy and paste a full quiz as opposed to typing in each question for quiz will also be a good time saver. The help section as well as customer support has also been quite useful.
Overall the system needs an Administrator UX overhaul. Navigating the ecosystem is complex and often confusing, with a number of workflows seeming to wind around through functions until you get lost.
The vision that I initially had for my company had grown tremendously thanks to TalentLMS. I'm excited to coach and my clients are excited to learn.
The biggest frustration has been the lack of an integrated grade book along with limited testing options (that are not very customizable).
After compare the most popular LMS cloud in the market Talent is a very good option.
Company blocks box.com which is what is used to host uploaded files for view on the website and therefore needed to create webpages which is difficult.
I love that talent LMS is intuitive, easy to create courses in, and mobile friendly.
Post-sales = dismally poor. I have requested a quick call for 17-days and I am still waiting.
They've maintained affordable pricing along the way, even when large updates have been added to the system. It's really easy for our learners to use and administration and reporting is pretty good.
The features and set-up are intuitive and the customer support has been outstanding.

Absorb has been great to learn, the customer support team and CRM's are amazing to work with. They are always willing to help achieve overall success for Admin and learners.
Again we were really disappointed about the department/sub-department functionality. So if you are using Absorb for multiple clients not just internally then beware.
Their customer service is by far THE BEST customer service I have ever received working with any other company. They are fast, responsive and always willing to help me out.
Thus, whenever you update a course, you will have to re-enroll all users. It has limited assessment options.
Great looking site design and flawless implementation. Amazing pricing and good product support.
Resources don't have a thumbnail- makes them look empty/incomplete. No place for text on the home dashboard.
It is Intuitive, is easy to use on the back-end, and has an attractive front-end. It's well-priced based on level of service, and they are responsive to requests for features/functionality.
The migration didn't go very smooth, but having been through implementations before though, I recognize some problems are to be expected.
Quick and responsive page loading, and simply ability to export data reports. Advance API and direct database access capability for growth and in-depth training program management and reporting.

I am really glad we switched over to them. Not only do they provide a great level of support but they saved our company a lot of money.
There are almost too many features now, if that can be considered a negative.
HSI is an excellent training platform for our organization but the outstanding customer service is the primary reason I would recommend HSI to others.
Instructions can be difficult to obtain on how to use the product.
Our Customer Service Representative, Account Executive including tech support are just really awesome and provide amazing support.
Sneaky salesmanship, difficulties with the built in reports, extra-ordinary amount of time employees needed to put into the coursework. Overall, not for a small manufacturing company.
Love the customer support, they are always very helpful and quick to respond. We find it very useful when trainings are needed for our clients.
A couple of the modules are rather long; however, this is mitigated by the fact you can leave and come back where you left off.
HSI has been a great benefit to my company and really helped us out in a time of needing a great LMS and online training.
It is an excellent program to provide online training and SDS management to employees. Easy to use and excellent customer service.

It integrates the most features into what I want while giving me a ton of freedom to create the course how I want, to make my course look awesome, to integrate tons of media types.
But lack of student authentication leaves me no choice but to find another platform elsewhere. Stubborn developers dont think its important.
They have constantly improved the platform and have gone the extra mile to help make our school successful with professional development offerings. We couldn't be more happy with our LMS selection.
They are aware of the problem and said it was forwarded to the development team but no solution has come about.
LearnWorlds has afforded me the opportunity to market my own courses at an affordable price, which helps me to beat my competitors pricing.
The dev team couldn't answer my question --- and they CC'd my client which made things totally awkward.
The option to create interactive videos is very good, as well as the integration it has with other software such as Google Drive, Calendly and Zoom. The customer service is another highlight.
Then once you're invested they ignore you and spend their time trying to grow their business model with new clients.
Overall, I love this company. We are very happy with the platform.

It integrates the most features into what I want while giving me a ton of freedom to create the course how I want, to make my course look awesome, to integrate tons of media types.
But lack of student authentication leaves me no choice but to find another platform elsewhere. Stubborn developers dont think its important.
They have constantly improved the platform and have gone the extra mile to help make our school successful with professional development offerings. We couldn't be more happy with our LMS selection.
