Overall it has been a good experience, but I do wish they had a few extra features and my bugs would get fixed. I like the price and features it has though. It does make like easier for a running a rental business.

Booquable's low monthly price and support made them a great temporary solution for our company while we learned the ropes of online rental platforms. We knew we would invest in creating a custom rental website in the future, but needed a solution fast. and got a custom site together. Overall I found the Booquable team helpful and enthusiastic and willing to find creative solutions as long as the basic framework of their system supported a workaround. Where it didn't, I looked at how I could adjust our process to make it fit. 

A solid rental platform for a short-term rental business. 

Love it! We look professional,  we can manage our business,  never over booking, the calendar syncs with our Google calendars so we can see at a glance what is up next. We are not bogged down with a system that requires a full time admin person to run it, its quick and easy. Its focusd on cloent orders and managing inventory ( in and out) and nothing else

Easy to start Rental business even by yourself

I am now finding myself taking phone calls and having to manually put customer information into booqable manually vs. them going through the website, which is not only more work for me, I am wondering how many customers I am losing because the interface for my customers is bulky and not user friendly.

The price is also really expensive for a small business like myself, I rent out kayaks locally (only have about 8 in inventory) and might make only a few hundred dollars a month during the summer months. $30 a month doesn't seem too but but to charge an additional $40 a month for a SMALL feature like a coupon code? That really seems petty and money hungry, when it could really help the small business benefit start generating profit. This app is priced like it is for big business, interface for me (your customer) is acceptable and great to work with, the front end interface you provide for third party customers could really use some improvement... AND please add the coupon option to the basic package. I am literally a one person business that can no way afford $70 a month with the income that is currently being generated.

I am working with booqable since 2 years now and I am overall quite happy with the software. Generally speaking the software works and the customer support is quick in helping out when there is an issue. When you are in need of an easy to use Software to start your rental business with I can highly recommend Booqable. You get a lot of rental Software for an interesting price. Also, they are working on improvements continually and are updating the product regularly.

A good option Booqbale

The longest process is adding inventory but that is understandable. They make a lot of changes and sometimes its hard to keep up with but overall they have lots of video "how to's" and answer questions and concerns within the day. Once I figured out how to work the program; the set up was relatively straight forward. Overall, Booqable has be easy to use and set up and cost effective.

This is a solid platform that is fairly easy to learn. The UX is mostly intuitive and the value is impressive. I have a robust business and have yet to need tech support for anything. I do wish they didn’t make you pay for bundling or promo code issuance and management though. It’s a big price difference to go to Premium for these two features that I feel should be standard. Again this is an excellent product and I am very happy.

Highly flexible, intuitive and customer friendly 

Because my website runs entirely on the Booqable system, I have no problems with the operation of everything. I used to work with external apps and that sometimes caused problems for the overall operation of the site. Booqable strongly supports this in offering a very stable unit and that is very nice to know. No worries about the website working properly... this is over and now I can fully focus on my work.

Honestly, the customer service is exceptional and expedient.  The site is easy to set up, and though I did not use it, the offered 30-minute setup sessions for $100 bucks (I believe for 4 total) seem like a real value as well.  The few things I needed help with were quickly answered via chat and email, and the mass of tutorial videos is a great asset as well.  
The site is very customizable and our business really enjoys that we can match it at a very high detail level to our eCommerce website.  

I can't stress enough how intuitive the Booqable team has made their project.  We are new to using this platform, so knock on wood, our high expectations will be fulfilled (they have been across the board so far).  Our team is excited for an upgrade from a past platform and loves the control we have over our product.

They fail to understand the real needs of their clients in this competitive market. Their system is only aimed at total beginners or for companies that are not looking to scale up. You leave so much money on the table when using their system. It is not calculating delivery by location, its connectivity with WordPress or any marketing funnel is very buggy and limited, their support is slow, not resolving any major issue, and they don't offer any solution beyond their very basic documentation. We are very disappointed because, based on their demo/trial, their system seems to be a one-stop solution. On top of that, they pay influencers to spread lies about the system!

Pay less, but be prepared to get less!

the overall experience has been very good. I feel that input that is given is taken seriously and the platform continues to improve and evolve because of it.

AV Rental Solution

Frustrating.  I've now put three companies online with Booqable within a year.  The price is always the matching factor for start-ups.  Booqable doesn't offer alot in terms of features.  THIS IS NOT FOR A BUSINESS WHO PERFORMS SALES AND RENTALS.  This product should only be considered for rental businesses only.  My first company was rental and small sales for accessories and it was a nightmare.  Booqable sells it's features that include sales and the product is very much not sales set-up.

It's not for everyone.

Nothing but good to say about Booqable. The value I get from the platform is worth more than I am paying. Glad to have them helping me keep my business moving.

It has been excellent so far. As is, Booqable fulfills the needs I have at an affordable price. If I have any questions, the staff answers them with kindness. I haven't had a question go unanswered either. I am excited about any new features that will come up in the future. I hope this company does well!
