Being able to seamlessly connect with QuickBooks Online allows me to keep more of my process in one location (ShopVOX). I do not have to bounce back and forth between softwares to move through the workflow of my shop. I can create invoices with one click from sales orders in ShopVOX and those invoices sync to QBO with one click as well.

We use Zapier to connect us to our job management software, proofing software, and other communication software. The integration with Zapier is huge for us, but it is also extremely lacking. Right now, it only allows the option to create a sales order. It does not send any triggers to Zapier, nor does it let us edit a sales order, send a quote or invoice, or anything else. While I love that we can create a sales order using Zapier (and we make full use of this feature), I would really like it if this integration were expanded to allow more functionality.
