“We use Zapier to connect us to our job management software, proofing software, and other communication software. The integration with Zapier is huge for us, but it is also extremely lacking. Right now, it only allows the option to create a sales order. It does not send any triggers to Zapier, nor does it let us edit a sales order, send a quote or invoice, or anything else. While I love that we can create a sales order using Zapier (and we make full use of this feature), I would really like it if this integration were expanded to allow more functionality.”
