Pros
I love the ability to instantaneously get the important information out to everyone at the same time. OR the ability to customize lists, so that I only send information to specific people.

RB

RENEE B.

The things we like most about this software is it ease of use, price points, and the ability to both use the app on our phones or the website on the computer to communicate with our audience.

Aaron M.

The cost is very reasonable. There seems to be good customer support available, but I never needed it because the system was so easy.

LF

LORETTA F.

Cons
There's no way to print a report of those on our contact list. Although customer service is readily available there's lack here and I will explore all other avenues before contacting them.

TB

Teresa B.

In the section where you add a new contact, the phone number line was confusing. When you began typing the area code, several examples would pop up.

JM

Jackie M.

In weather situations such as bad weather cancellations, alerts can be recorded and distributed in five minutes.

Great auto-call service

Reviewed 2 years ago

In the old days we would have to call everyone personally, one at a time. there is still a place for that but to get out general reminders and announcements, it would take hours. Now we do it in a couple minutes.

Pros

We love this service. We are able to break our call lists into multiple groups so if we need to get a message to certain group, no problem but we can also send an event announcement to everyone.

Cons

Of course you lose the opportunity to have a two way conversation but the extra push to talk feature helps with that if folks want to talk with us further.

Great Product, needs a little tweeking. :0)

Reviewed 3 years ago

Thank you for the opportunity to share this with you. Good luck! Overall, great product. I am very happy with it.

Pros

What I like most of the DialMyCalls software: - User Friendly; - Response time is immediate, amazing!; - Great access to reports, reports provide a comprehensive receipt of calls made; - I love the fact that I can create caller groups to organize my contact list better, (super nice); - Cuts my workload in half; - Customers response is positive; - Made affordable. Perfect for small busnesses, like ours. I truly appreciate that, too, being I am paying out of pocket so that my boss dosen't reject the concept due to budget.

Cons

What I least like about DialMyCalls software: - The Spanish recording feature has a glitch, when I pick the Spanish language The male voice is audiable and at a good pace. The female voice is rushed and fewer pauses. With that being said, still on the Spanish option when adding the "<break/>" feature to get a little gap between sentences, the original Spanish voices are cancelled out and the English...

Not what it used to be

Reviewed 9 months ago

The messages are often cut off, or recorded with blank spots. No definite answers given. No help to make this happen. I have multiple people not receiving important messages. This is worse case scenario. When people of a church is not received notifications, they are not engaged, if not engaged...well you can follow.

Pros

When we first began, I loved the features, and the ease. Not to mention the price. It was very nice to see such a program that was checking all of our boxes.

Cons

The customer service has either decreased significantly, or I had one excellent customer service agent. I send messages and most of them are not replied to. When they are, it is more of a commentary than troubleshooting. It is always someone else's fault. When you are responsible for getting a message out to multiple people, time is of the essence, and clarity is needed. This service does not provide this.

A MUST HAVE for Teachers

Reviewed 10 months ago

In our district, we are required to call parents daily when a student misses a class. Since on a single day, I have at least ten absences, that makes for a LOT of phone calls. I used DialMyCalls years ago and started again this year. With a push of a few buttons, I can send messages to parents to let them know that their student has missed my class. I have prerecorded messages for Monday through Friday. I just select the students who missed, select the day they missed, and I have "made" ten calls in under a minute. I will continue to use this product daily for my entire teaching career.

Pros

I really enjoy how easy and quick it is to make calls and send messages to my students and their parents.

Cons

I wish it were a bit cheaper for teachers. Granted, under $15/month is well worth my time, but since I am sending out about 50 calls a week and have under 200 students, there should be some educational discount. I also wish I could integrate it with Google Voice. If there is a way I am unaware of, please let me know.

A Boon for Teachers!

Reviewed a year ago

I am able to reach parents with real-time information, instead of waiting until later in the day or the evening. That way, they can call me back and we can work out a solution during the school day that will benefit the student and hopefully lead to better performance.

Pros

Everything from signing up to broadcasting the call is very user-friendly. Sometimes, it is better to have a voice recording than a text, or vice versa, depending upon your desired outcome. Families are so busy these days and it is difficult to contact them, so being able to send a recorded call between classes helps a lot. I have seen better student engagement, participation, and work follow through when I use DialMyCalls.

Cons

I honestly don't feel there is anything I don't like about this software. It is user-friendly, great customer support, and pricing is fair for the services that I need.
