What is The Flybook?

The Flybook is a flexible, cloud-based software solution designed to meet the needs of the tour and activities industry. Adventure parks, ziplines, guided tours, rentals, and lodging providers are able to manage multiple locations and activities in one place, while fine-tuning and customizing the various platform features to meet the needs of their business. You can accept online reservations from customers via a booking widget embedded on their website, as well as provide a mobile-friendly dashboard for guests to manage groups and collect party payments. Staff can also create reservations, allocate staff and manage resources with drag-and-drop scheduling, a customizable calendar and real time availability indicators. Lodging reservations can be taken based on flexible pricing options, alongside dedicated features for managing a "virtual lineup" of rental equipment where inventories can be optimized and handled efficiently.

An integrated Point of Sale (POS) system provides customizable product logic, product categories and detail descriptions with barcode scanning compatibility. Gateway processing of payments is handled in-house and POS data all linked back to our reporting capabilities for monitoring inventory and performance.

Additional core features also cover automated email marketing and texting, the ability to integrate with multiple other platforms, guide scheduling, redemption codes and more. Our true membership functionality supports a rewards programs and access to the purchase of special passes, while Flybook waivers capture guest signings quickly and intelligently and the client terminal allows self-modification for guests.
