Using Deepser’s IT asset management system, administrators can maintain a repository of asset data with names, serial numbers, or MAC addresses, locate assigned users, track warranties, and perform system updates. Managers can utilize the escalation rules module to automate repetitive tasks and configure reminders based on timers to prevent the expiration of maintenance requests or contracts.
Supervisors can use the dashboard’s drag-and-drop capabilities to create custom charts and view the progress of ongoing services in real-time. Deepser offers a shared calendar feature, which lets team members plan activities and monitor events, meetings, or project deadlines.
