What I like most about Convertkit is the ease of use. A beginner can go in and learn how to send emails, create campaigns, incentivize emails, email sequence setup and more very easily. What kept me away from email marketing for a long time was difficulty. I tried with a few different competitors with no success.

The pricing is a bit high. I wish there was a free option with a slow progression in price. The starting price is high and it gets even higher with the more subscribers you have.

I was initially drawn to this software based on positive reviews from colleagues and how intuitive and all inclusive it was meant to be.

I did not find it to be intuitive or easy to use - it seemed to require a more tech literate baseline. I'm guessing with time and effort I could have made it work but in the startup phase of my business, which is when I was trialing it, I had neither.

ConvertKit is an excellent platform for creators, mainly because it was itself created by a creator.

It could get expensive with time. But it is worth it.

I loved how easy it was to set up automations and keep subscribers categorized with tags instead of using lists.

The only con for me was the price. This one is a little more expensive than others.

First of all, I like how affordable is it compared to other email marketing tools. It's a robust tool with lots of marketing features.

Overall, Convertkit is great, Sometimes I feel, the email filtration feature could improve further.

Convert kit is amazing for bloggers who are in need of a great email marketing tool. I love their automation feature which let you set up multiple email automations for different subscriber groups.

ConvertKit is a powerful, easy-to-use, and affordable email marketing tool. I have been using it for landing pages, and I love how easy it is to get started. It's also helped us get new email subscribers.

ConvertKit has a limited email templates option and with their free plan, you can add only 300 subscribers. In my opinion, they're great and I recommend them to anyone looking to get started with email marketing.

Email software can be a lot from the set up to the actual use of the program. I tried others and they just made me not want to send emails. ConvertKit makes it super easy with the clean interface and easy to use tagging. If you have an email list that you are pretty active on I think ConvkertKit could be the winning factor for you. There are some advanced features like tagging, segmenting, all kinds of things that are soo useful!

If you have more advanced needs especially for really big list llike 100k or more it might be too simple for you.

If using in it's most basic form, it's easy to use. Settings up sequences and formatting emails are a breeze! ConverKit has great customer service - there's a chat option on the platform, a Facebook group with support, and they often release education/training webinars when new features are added.

There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to tagging, segmenting, and using the visual automation and rules. It takes some time to set up, trial and error, and a bit of playing around with to get comfortable. I've been using CovertKit for over a year and am still intimidated by some of the more robust features.

I really liked the options for sending out emails. I felt like if you're a blogger or a teacher of some sort and you have a lot to share with your audience, then this is the email service for you. It's really easy to use and doesn't put you in a box of "share something short and sweet so we can move on to the next thing".

I had clients that I wanted to keep better tabs on. I think I just needed to enter more information than what the system could provide.

I love but I wish they offered a couple more features.

The ease of use! Simple, straightforward and very intuitive to get up and running. Great templates to capture data as well as a rock solid segmentation system.

Needs a few more squeeze page templates, lags behind say, Lead Pages by quite a way.

Ease of use and worth the price. Starting at $29.00/month (paid version), I think ConvertKit is an affordable email marketing tool that works.

I think they have quite a few email templates.

They make it extremely difficult to get anything out of it, with all their technical jargon and crap. Doing everything they can to make it extremely hard to use without having to pay for it.

A lot of great features on offer, even on the free version! It's also an extra bonus that you can sell digital products through the software!

No big dislikes for Convertkit so far because I don't need the full range of features yet for where I am in my business

This program has a pretty small learning curve and is pretty easy to use. I love the dashboard where you can see your new subscribers and conversion rates at a glance.

 I wish there were more customized features for landing pages. I also wish there were more split testing options.
