We were looking to capture guest emails in a passive manor. We love StayFi because we don't just capture the email from the person booking but from every guest in the house.

The only issue is when the the access point has issues, which is about as common as any wireless router.

- Lead capture of everyone in the rental unit- Email notification of being over the guest limit- Ability to troubleshoot wifi remotely- Standardization of wifi info across all of our units (ease of support)- Integration with current wifi super easy

- Small hardware purchase is required- Setup takes 5-10 minutes per unit

How it helps us grow our business so much easier than the old manual way of collecting emails.

Stayfi is an incredible software that plays a huge role in our overall marketing strategy. I operate a Vacation Rental Management Brand and prior to using Stayfi, we were limited on guest retention and/or email collection of our consumers. When a guest books an "Airbnb", the email or contact info is blocked and even if you're good at getting at manual collection, we still only collected the email of the "Booker" vs every guest that enters our home. With Stayfi, we increased our overall email audience by 50% in a short period of time and our residual guest audience has played a huge role in gaining residual bookings from travelers that stay in our marketing pipeline and choose to follow us in other cities and areas that we offer vacation rental accomodations.

I can't think of a con at the moment, but I have a suggestion for a feature. My request would be to have Stayfi establish a partnership with Cable providers such as Spectrum to offer a one stop shop to internet, wifi, and email collection. Some companies in the hotel space have started to go this route and I think Stayfi could introduce this concept to the VR industry and help host get a wholesale cost for Wifi and keep everything under one roof.

I love that StayFi helps our small property management company build a solid email list and FAST! It's so easy for guests to provide us with their email address so we can invite them back to stay with us again and again!

We have no complaints at this point. StayFi works as it should and it very afforable!

Incredibly stable wifi upgrade that also happens to collect guest emails. Plus, no more passwords!

Nothing! Everything about Stayfi is Great!

StayFi is cost effective and easy to install on our properties. We have over 600 guest emails now with a high percentage of our guests staying informed on our properties and destination.

Can’t think of anything, except perhaps a short “hello” video from our small business.

I don't really have any complains, maybe offer an advance router configuration page during the implementation process.

If you're managing a short term rental, you basically need to be using StayFi. Your guests are going to connect to wifi anyway, so why not use that as an opportunity to connect with them directly?

Honestly everything has been a breeze so far. I'm hoping they add more connected tech beyond wifi like door locks, etc.

Collecting emails and email marketing for returning guests

Nothing! A great way to show the brand and communicate with guests.

I love how easy it is to set up and also collect emails from ALL of my guests, not just the guest that booked the reservation.

I am excited for the continued integration with more apps.

Automatically collects our contacts and send out emails to past and current guests.

I can’t say that there is some thing that I do not like about this product

We enjoy using the text marketing feature, but wish there were more campaign types and automations

once implemented it really helps to build our email and text lists.

occassionally needs a reboot... I think mostly because our internet goes down... but its super easy to do from anywhere you can get to a browser including your mobile devices...

The email campaign creation/editor is great but not always user friendly. Kind of stiff in terms of adjusting layout, photos, text, etc.

Setup and configuration of the devices, customization with branding and logos

Multiple locations default to a single network name - Needed to contact support to change to unique network names

Solid support when needed and easy to set up an use. Very much like the tie with marketing support and being able to send campaigns as needed.

I will the devices would provide a stronger signal, but think that is a restriction of the hardware.

StayFi makes it very easy to capture all guests email addresses and market to them in the future for future direct stays.

StayFi is easy enough to use that there really aren't any cons with it!

Nothing - I highly recommend the product

I love the ease of use with Stayfi and their willingness to help with any issues that come up. I couldn’t properly market my rental properties to all the guests and not just the person that made the booking.

I really haven’t had any issues with Stayfi.

Allows me to streamline the communication I have with my guests. It saves me a lot of time and it improves the overall experience of our guests significantly.

Nothing in particular for me. Some of my employees did not want to use Stayfi at the beginning but after a quick training they love it now.

Can’t do e-mail marketing on my iPhone…ot has to be on the desktop.

The ease to set up! It literally takes 2 or 3 minutes.

I wish they had their own email marketing product set up! I also would have liked more marketing tips.
