I love that this software allows even small businesses with low marketing budgets to enjoy the benefits of remarketing to site visitors who do not convert on the first visit.
The emails stopped coming to me for some reason, so I am no longer getting the weekly digests.
What I like most about Lead Post is the quality service at the affordable price.
I did tease them about hiding the login button at the bottom of their page. They may have fixed this.
The team was responsive and offered an onboarding experience that was very helpful.
Can't think of anything that I don't like about Lead Post right now.
What's amazing is the ability to accurately provide leads that visit your website without no friction.
There's not much we don't like but we suggest a hosted email autoresponder integration option.
I'm getting a good idea of who is visiting by website on a daily basis, which I appreciate. So far I haven't received a reply back from my follow-ups, but I imagine they're coming.

Great experience, and very useful tool. With all the movement in the market lately, I was very impressed with how up to date the info was as i see contacts moving within my industry.
You waste a lot of landscape with unimportant features. The search field window (the most important area in my opinion) is too small and constantly minimized... and a pain in the ass to navigate.
I would say the biggest strength to seamless is going to be the speed at which you could build list off of LinkedIn. The tool is super fast, and that's a huge help when you're scraping big list.
The one thing that I found to be the worst is the breakdown of leads by location - for us it's specifically NY - they are missing many counties in their parameters.
They are great and very helpful. SENSITIVE CONTENT] is the best when it comes to wanting his customers to see immediate success using the Seamless tool.
Deceptive sales process. Was not informed of the mandatory 60 day notice to cancel services.
I was super pleased with the support after the purchase. Asked for and immediately received 1 on 1 coaching session.
Limits on the number of contacts per day can be frustrating.
The paid version is a helpful tool as well, although there are more robust versions on the market. But seamless's price point is great.
The WOrst Customer Service I have experienced.
It's interface with Salesforce to upload data is awesome. I like that gives alot of data on emails and let's you know if the email is good or risky and it is usually correct.
It's rare when it happens, but some contact information is duplicated, or there are missing phone numbers and I have to check the website for the right person, phone number or email address.
Seamless ai has one of the best sourcing systems I've ever seen. I cant do my job successfully without it.
Being asked if I need more training when I asked for a refund was a bit insulting.
The integration with Sales Navigator is amazing and makes it SO easy to find contacts and import into a CRM.
Incredibly easy to use and generated hundreds of emails, phones in minutes versus weeks. Also - awesome integration with LinkedIn Navigator, Google, CRM (I use Salesforce).
The ease of use in getting prospect information and how it's integrated with linkedin sales navigator.

A good amount of details and marketing capabilities. HubSpot has some of the best integrations I have seen with other platforms.
I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
HubSpot helps track, monitor and create the best content for growing my business. I have seen great strides from using this company.
Any interactions with any person who works at HubSpot. Arrogant, rude, condescending, lacking any understanding of business rules.
Lots of cool features that are quite easy to use. Great academy to learn how to take good advantage of all the features.
It's frankly disgusting that this company relies on such draconian measures as a source of revenue.
It is a basic organizer and it helps you to design perfect plans for your marketing strategy. By using this tool I saved time and increased the power of my marketing plans.

Other than the great concept of ZoomInfo in general, and the great info you can get from them, I have to say the thing I like the most is their customer service.
Not surprising that they have to trap people into giving them money given how terrible their product infrastructure is.
In North America, the contact quality has turned out to be pretty good. Websights has also been interesting to gain insights on non converting companies on our website.
The biggest con is the amount of times that numbers either aren't on there or are wrong numbers. I have dialed and got siblings, spouses, and other family members along with completely wrong people.
All and all the user interface and functionality of ZoomInfo was great. It was easy to search, I really liked the ability to look at org charts, and for the most part the info was correct.
ZoomInfo is an unethical company that does not care about its customers and relies on legal threats to intimidate its customers.
I would highly recommend Zoom for any organization that needs to prospect new potential clients. It is effective and has great plug-ins and interfaces with Chrome.
When we then tried to terminate the contract, having no need for it, and having barely used it at all, ZoomInfo was completely unwilling to work with us and threatened legal action.
There are so many awesome add on you can choose from for your account, and we love being able to search millions of companies and get direct work line and mobile dials + work emails.

Zoominfo provides filters that are easy to use and it helps you to segregate the data as per your requirement. Integration with CRM is amazing and it works without a lag.

I love the fact that the Reachout tool works very well within Chrome. This tool makes the experience a very smooth and enjoyable one and really improves productivity just by cutting out so much time.
Great tool and easy to use to search for candidates with certain titles or that work at certain companies. I use this along with LinkedIn to find more candidate names that I cannot find in LinkedIn.
I liked how much information they have about a specific company or coorporation. Great to use when you need to see the ins and outs of a company.
It is very user friendly and I love the chrome extension. I think most people would be able to use this product without any training.

We went from adding 50 leads per month to around 150 per month just due to Zoominfo having a very good database of information and priceless features such as a ReachOut tool.
