We're a theatre and use Eventbrite for all of our individual ticketing. Some of the crossover is a little clunky, but overall, we're confident this will improve or be replaces with something more robust for our purposes.

Ticket sales are kept track of in MonkeyPod, it is easy to go back and see which clients attended certain events. The processing of any fees is automatically entered into accounting.

makes events easier, but Eventbrite needs to have a non-profit fee scale! it is RIDICULOUS how much they take out of ticket sales.

So glad we can track event attendance and ticket purchases directly in MonkeyPod because of this integration.

When we do put events on Eventbrite, we love that transactions are able to come in!

I had previously used Jotform and we made the switch from Wufoo as it was too hard to manage. A perk of moving to JotForm was that is connected with MonkeyPod.

Stripe does not allow for all the checkout questions we would like asked during a transaction, so jotForm fills this requirement.

We use so many forms for a lot of our processes so having most of that information come in is extremely helpful!

We use Jotform to collect all information from donors and program participants.

We are able to subscribe folks to our newsletter and track their participation

Stripe is very complicated to set up. MonkeyPod makes it all easy to manage once it is set up, but migrating information into Stripe and implementing its use is not for the faint of heart.

It is important because our financials now connected directly to our POS system. However, we have had some learning challenges when connecting the two.

again, fees, boo. Paypal has less fees unfortunately so there are some recurring donors that decided not to switch over...

Happy that our donations through Stripe automatically feed into our contact database.

Payroll journal entries are always time consuming, but MonkeyPod's integration with Gusto makes it automatic. Unfortunately, Gusto has its own limitations -- like being unable to run a payroll for the same week.
