Possibly include a quick shortcut to log book for emergency purposes. For example in the event of a fire a quick register can be published at the click of a button.

I would highly recommend ProxyClick if you have a need to manage visitors but don't require integration with a formal security solution such as Avigilon or CCure.

Very easy to use.  Simply schedule a visit through proxy click, then our customer or vendor checks in via the iPad kiosk.  We are very happy with proxyclick.

Proxy click work great for out site

Gave feedback on this program before and the changes were made!! Great!! I especially love the tabs to see if the ids have been verified right then in there, also love the edits tab and how everything is completely organized.

Not a big fan. A little cumbersome to get into and questions are repetitive.  Must easier to just send an e-mail to security that I am expecting from these people.

Barco Fredrikstad, Norway haven't used this system for very long, but the feedback from Barco staff and visitors are great! The check-in and check-out is easy, host and visitors gets reminders. The system is easy to understand, easy to navigate, quick to use. Fantastic.

We got ProxyClick about 3 months ago now and love it!  It is very easy to use and has made life here at reception that much easier.  The badges are very professional looking and all of our customers are intrigued by our new system.  I'd say the best part of ProxyClick is the fact that as soon as a client checks in an automatic email is received by the host.  That is very efficient way to  keep a note of all clients coming in and out.  Not only for us at reception but for the host as well.

After selecting them I have also been very pleased with their support and friendly assistance.  They seem like a professional and motivated company who has put some effort into the details.

I like that Proxyclick is user friendly. The layout is also easy on the eye. I have not used customer support so I can't comment on that. 

Love it! Easy to use

In my course of work, I try new apps all the time.  I don't normally give reviews but ProxyClick stands out that it is worth a review. Their customer service is topnotch.  You ask a question and they give you step by step instructions.  Their documentation is excellent! The kiosk is very easy to use. Very straight forward!

In the past, we used a shared excel file to log our issues concerning facilities, MHE, accidents.
Due to the fact, there were too many users who worked with this file it was always locked.
Proxy click solved this issue directly and there were much more possibilities to have a better track on incidents. Also, the usage of visitor management is a surplus for the organization.

my use of Proxyclick

I needed a sign in kiosk for my reception area. Found Proxyclick online, got 1 month free, loved it and now I wouldn't use any other method

Simple and Easy to Use

In the past we depended on manual spread sheets to track our incoming Visitor's, Contractor's and Employee's. With the amount daily activity we were having  it would take several hours for us to document all of our incoming and out going activity's with accuracy problems. With Proxyclick we are able to let our incoming and out going Visitor's,  Contractor's and Employee's do this task their selves with improved accuracy and less time spent by us. As well as being able to create data reports instantly.

I am impressed how easy it is to use this software. It also looks very good and has lots of nice features, which allows us to leave quite easy a professional impression with our visitors.

Easy to use and great looking software

The product does have some great features and the staff is very helpful getting any questions or concerns addressed quickly.  

We use the kiosk feature and our guests are very impressed with the check-in process.  It also forces our staff to keep the front desk updated about who and when visitors are expected.

The product had all the features we need and then some. Its really taken the load off our receptionist and also allowed us to put an NDA in place for our visitors.

Porxyclick was implemented in our 65,000 square foot building and has rapidly increased the way we sign visitors into the building. its simple and efficient and very customer friendly the team who work behind the scenes to keep it running do an excellent job i would highly recommend this to anyone 

Proxyclick Visitor managment system

I was fairly new to this programs.  The instructions are hard to understand.  Just give the basic and then do the rest in troubleshooting.  Go here, click here is basic and when it did not print the instructions are long.  Basic is easier. 

Easier way of learning

I am in charge of sales for my organization and I always have to organize Data center visits with new prospects and customers. I love the fact that Proxy click is fast and  easy to use when its time to register visitors.  

Great datacenter software

This application has made it very simple for our team to sign in guests to our site. It is very simple to sign on multiple guests. The only complaint is that the printers have a hard time connecting to your application.

Great way of controlling visitors to our building and good if fire drills etc. are held since we are able to check how many people are in the building.
