What is Boei?

Boei is a customer engagement software that allows visitors to get in contact via their choice of social media platform by clicking a button. Installation is done with one line of HTML code placed in the body of a page. After the code is implemented, the button will be displayed on the site. The application does not use cookies or store personal data, and it is AVG-proof.

Boei makes it possible to customize the button. The channels that visitors can use to contact website admins are displayed on the button. From Messenger to Discord and from Line to Waze, the web application offers integration with many media applications. There is also a form for newsletters, feedback, and call-to-actions that display next to the button.

It is possible to set a timer delay so that the CTA does not immediately appear on the screen. CTA response data can be transmitted by email, as well as via Slack, Paper, and webhook. Several domains can be linked to one button.
