It lets gunsmiths automatically update dispositions and acquisitions in an electronic boundbook after every transaction.
Key features of Rapid Gun Systems include barcode scanning, commission management, electronic signature capture, discount management, sales tracking, gift card management, customer account profiles, payment processing, and ordering automation. The solution allows clients to submit information, including consignor details, authorized price ranges, and more, via form 4473. Users can scan firearms’ barcodes to track inventory, whilst ensuring streamlined Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) audits. The range management module enables firearm retailers to assign shooters to lanes, add members to waitlists, and reassign shooters to available lanes as per individual requirements.
Rapid Gun Systems’ built-in smithing intake functionality allows businesses to automatically create customer orders, add firearm details to boundbooks, and generate work orders to facilitate service management. Integration with distributor catalogs enables users to display vendor information in real-time, add new items to store offerings by importing UPC barcodes, update product descriptions, and more.
