Reviews are very important in our business, and getting out ahead of them is there are some negative ones is vital. The daily updates keeps me informed on the most recent reviews quickly, so I we can respond in a timely manner.  Fortunately, the vast majority of our reviews are positive!

ReviewTrakers allows us to quickly and effectively respond to all our online reviews. The platform also, allows us to track our progress over time and see how each store is doing, compared to competitors in each market. It allows us to show when a review has been responded to,  and easily share this feedback with our teams.

Overall experience for the past 2-3 years has been fabulous!  Whenever I've had an issues with the platform, my customer experience manager was always available and problems solved within 24-48hr period, some times shorter.  But, I always given a time frame of when issue would be resolved, which was great because they managed my expectations.  Overall, great platform, great team, great service.

I love Review Tracker. We had to cancel our subscription to this and other social tools at one point and it is the software I missed the most. It streamlines my day to day responsibilities and allows me to report to my team easily and effectively with pre-designed reports that provide all of the necessary information. My colleagues who consume the reports, find them easy to use and allows them to better understand how their locations are operating. 

Great Software for Monitoring Reviews

Having researched a few other platforms,  I have come to the conclusion that it would take me a lot to switch.  This site gives me more tools than its competition and at a lower price. It is without question a great value for what you get.

Keith T.:                                              Hi, my name is Keith. I'm a senior software engineer and I give ReviewTrackers five out of five. For more reviews like this, please click below. Before ReviewTrackers, we had a lot of in-house development for reviews and tracking the reviews, and it was very time consuming to develop it and keep it consistent with Google Reviews and other reviews and just have one source for all of our reviews. We chose ReviewTrackers because, before it took us so much time and effort, and ReviewTrackers just integrated with all of our systems, all of the different things that we were using, and looking at metrics for. For ReviewTrackers, it was pretty easy to get set up. There was some online documentation and we actually talked to a customer service rep who helped guide us through a lot of the integration.
                                                       Even my boss was able to do a lot of the work himself and we were able to migrate everything else, and there was some good FAQs online that we could actually find. We talked to a rep anytime that we really needed any kind of help. For anyone that's starting ReviewTrackers, please feel free to reach out to anyone else. The community is great. The reps are great. There's some really good, valuable resources for that. That was something that I would recommend, not to hesitate with any of that stuff. And do it sooner than later, because it really saved us a lot of time and effort just making that switch for everything.
