GReat, really really great. It's a must tool for any new business. Opimistion customer operations becomes a piece of cake with Wati. It;s also really user friendly and nothing technical that my team can't handle or setup.
I have been using Wati for 2 years now. We have built and extensively integrated system with our LMS. We used to send reminder, track attendance, send wallet information, leave information, class joining links, and notes. The consumer reached out to us through Wati for any queries, and we automated 90% of the queries through their inbuilt workflows, and that helped us optmised out cost. With just 1 Customer Suppoer agent, we were able to server almost 1000 students, handling 100 of classes everyday, across 3 different time zone. Wati is an amazingly powerful tool for any business.
The payment transaction failed many times, but I think it might be my card issue.

When we needed a way to integrate Whatsapp functionality into our win32 Claims management software (Proclaim) I was able to narrow it down to a few for testing. The RET API Wati have implemented is very good, easy to develop for and works well. The web GUI and template maintenance system is also very easy to use. I had to use WATI support to troubleshoot a brief outage one time in the last year, but it was resolved quickly. Their support got back to me quickly and communicated well. I would recommend WATI to anyo9en who wants an out of the box team inbox for Whatsapp, or an easy to implement REST API.
I like the REST API, ease of use , and the reliability of the service.
Occasionally a WhatsApp number wont be reachable by WATI, there seems to be no explanation when this happens, but I suspect its the WhatsApp network rather than WATI themselves. Thankfully its quite rare. And WATI reports correctly that it wasn't delivered.

Overall, my experience with WATI has been mostly positive. One of the biggest drawbacks of WATI is its customer support, which can be slow and sometimes unhelpful. When encountering issues such as account verification problems or message delivery errors, it can take a long time to get a resolution. Another issue is the 24-hour message limitation—if you don’t respond to a customer within that window, you’re blocked from sending follow-up messages unless you use specific templates, which is frustrating for ongoing conversations. Additionally, there are some technical glitches, like messages not sending or errors during login, which can interrupt daily operations .

I like the Wati service. previously i used another service after that i switched in wati my all requirements are fulfilled now thank to Wati for made my requirements easy.
I like the Broadcast features it is easy to use and send later option and one more is the catalogue features that is amazing we can connect the Facebook business account and send the catalogue.
The customer support its very hard here to connect with agent please improve that and pricing

Overall I'm very happy with the experience. I am using the growth plan and it gives me the worthiness of the money. it helps me to create a good engagement with customers and it helps to increase my conversion rate. I am happy to suggest this to another person who is likely to purchase a new WhatsApp API
It is easy to set up the automation flow chart and the keyword action helps me to keep my contacts engaged. I can make sure that they get the details that they are searching for through setup in the chatbots with images and documents.
Sometimes it will not load even if the internet is okay, I think it is a bug or something. The tutorial video has less clarity regarding the details and didn't provide new videos for new updates

Their support system is garbage, seriously, from the website, you will be directed to whatsapp, but from whatsapp, you will directed back to their website. Its a joke. And if you use email to contact them, better wait for humanity landed on mars.

WATI is very reliable when we use it directly through the platform but the pricing and maintenance charges are relatively on the higher side. Moreover, the prepaid plan makes it difficult to launch sudden high-volume campaigns without recharging.
The UI of WATI is so easy and convenient to use that it does not require any separate training. Submission of templates for approval on the WATI platform is also a seamless issue. Live data shows delivery, read and replied metrics. Dedicated live agents can handle user queries on the same platform and chats can be marked as resolved. The Chatbot Builder is also fairly easy to use.
Applying delay of more than 30 seconds is not supported on the Chatbot platform and it becomes increasingly difficult to incorporate delays of several hours in specific business cases (for example when we want to send an automated feedback message to the customer after 8 hours of the user requesting a Service Request). The clicks data is also not very reliable and the callback report does not get fed to MoEngage properly on integration.

Very disappointed. I had convinced my organization to go ahead and move all communications on WATI but they stalled our business and that is unacceptable.
It is simple to use. Most common functions such as responding to customers, creating templates and quick replies, setting up webhooks / keyword actions is quite straight forward and can be done with minimal assistance
SUPPORT. One of the worst support teams. Setting up the account was a pain. I still have not been able to get my business name correct on the platform. Billing support is even worse. My account got disabled and we were not able to converse with customers despite making all payments timely. No one from their team responds on Whatsapp / LinkedIn / Twitter.

Overall, they are extremely arrogant. Everytime we reached out to support with some queries and requests, negative response. Hiding a backlink on the chat widget is not good. We discovered it recently and asked them to remove it, they flatly refused.
Bulk outreach to Whatsapp contacts. Whatsapp automation responses.
Arrogance by WATI team. We had repeatedly asked for the backlink on the chat widget to be removed and the 1000 messaging credits to not expire. They did not budge, instead canceled the subscription without approval from us.

My overall experience was great. Nothing to complain about. Their team is very flexible and can accommodate all kinds of customer scenarios.
The customer support is AMAZING. Without their fantastic customer service, we would not have been able to onboard so quickly with WhatsApp. WATI team helped us remove barriers for integration really fast.
Not many cons to talk about really. Their dashboard was a little hard to grasp initially, but once I played with it a bit longer, I started getting the hang of it.

WATI is one of the easiest software that i have use to manage and create a chat-bot automation for our WhatsApp marketing channel. It is really helpful in helping us to assist customer inquiry and replying to their message quickly for 24/7 without any break.
There are some bugs in here and there, but nothing that is too severe that pending us from using the feature and tools in here. The software package price scheme is not too flexible, and not cater all type of business size, especially for a single user or a personal usage.

Very useful tool to manage a whatsapp business account remotely with various team members. With the user and team management, you can build the structure you need to adapt the solution to your business needs. We have managed to use a single whatsapp business number for 3 different purposes (customer service, sales and internal communication), just by assigning to the proper team and users. We are definitely saving a lot of time
The flexibility of the user management makes it a very adaptable solution for any kind of small/medium business. Also almost free of bugs, something surprising considering it is a quite young product
The UI needs some more work to improve the pages visually
