By incorporating tools such as mobile housekeeping, calendar views, to-do lists, kitchen monitor, booking pre-authorization, account management, digital check in and out, and customizable booking engine creation, Clock PMS+ aims to provide an all-in-one management tool for hotel managers.
Utilizing Hotel PMS's tools, users can manage room rates and availability and ensure that information is the same across all booking platforms thanks to Clock PMS's auto-synchronization. Clock PMS+ aims to help hotels provide personalized customer management before, during and after their visit through pre-booking self-service requests, digital check-in from any device, clear rates and availability monitor to find the best deals, client history to reward loyal customers, virtual concierge with recommendations, and custom follow up emails with discount codes.
With payment processing features, Clock PMS+ allows users to accept and process booking payments, accept deposits, refund cancelled bookings, and take pre-authorization amounts either through direct transfer to CC terminals, credit card payment, or via payment services including PayPal, Adyen, WorldPay and Authorize.net. Clock PMS+ allows hotel managers to choose between allowing customers to pay for bookings and bills via the self service web app or in person during check-in or check-out.
