Pros
The price is incredibly affordable for a fairly robust system.

Cons
Reporting is a little clunky. Our organization has grown recently and as the head of Talent I find it hard to pull meaningful reports on our active pipeline.

Structured to be easy to manage applicants/candidates. Our hiring managers find it very simple to administer and reporting is simple. It is a great value at a low/reasonable price. We were up and running within a day or so; no need for weeks of customization/development. Great product!

Pros
easy to use - incorporates the basics of an applicant tracking system - no more, no less. Perfect for the mid-sized company like us who averages about 20-25 open positions per month.

Cons
would love to see it integrate with Outlook or another interview scheduling/calendaring program.

I used this product for a period of 3 years before I left the company I was with. It had a really good ROI for the solution offered to my company. The functionality gave the hiring managers and HR staff the tools necessary to come out of the stone age (manual paper process) and utilize a paperless system of tracking and streamlining the hiring process. Overall it increased the efficiency of the department and affected the bottom line of the company.

Ease of use. Some bells and whistles found in more expensive solutions. Cost. Separate supervisory log-in. Applicant screening options. Propagation to free online resources.

The support is wonderful, there are rarely glitches, it is overall a great system and the cost is soooo affordable!

Pros
This software is great, but the feature that I love the most is the integrated texting to candidates. In this day and age, if you don't have this feature, then you are missing out on the younger generation.

Cons

System was easy to set up, great front and back end support. ApplicanPro has added alot of value to our Company, and reduced cost and administrative time.

Cons
More automation in moving status for users. For example, not having a list to pick from, but an if this, then this is next set up.

I am the HR Manager for a SMB with a little over 50 employees. We are a call center environment, so I am pretty much constantly hiring. I have been using ApplicantPRO for almost a year and I have been very pleased with it. When I factored in the money we were spending to post on Indeed as well as other job boards, the annual fee pretty much paid for itself. It also saves me a ton of time having to check multiple sites for applications, as they are all right here in 1 place. When you factor in the time it saves, ApplicantPRO is actually cheaper than our old manual methods of recruiting. I would highly recommend ApplicantPRO to any small business looking to incorporate and ATS into their recruiting and hiring process.

Pros

The support staff makes it enjoyable to ask questions, and they're very quick to respond and address the issue. Their screen shot video clips make it clear what I need to do to change the site, or add users, or just track the numerous jobs' traffic flow.

Pros
AppPro is constantly innovating new featured to introduce to the product, which adds ease of use and targeted advantage to the user, i.e. applicant. My job of talent acquisition is made much easier because of this platform. The price-point of our service makes it affordable for our mid-sized and growing marketing company.

Cons
Initially it was difficult to get hiring managers to adopt fully all of the functionality. But AppPro is enhancing the product continuously and making its ease-of-use intuitive and engaging.

We just finished out 30 day free trial and it is more than we expected for the low price tag it comes with. It comes with unlimited users and job postings and pricing is based on the company's size with customized features you can add on but aren't necessary to get the job done. App Pro's customer service team and availability is top notch. They make time to answer questions fully the first time and provide step-by-step instructions if needed even though the system is super user-friendly. Product Development is on their A game and constantly performing updates and improving the process with suggestions from their users.

Customer Service, assigned account manager, chat support, constant improvements

Cons
It is just a matter of time as their product development team tries to tackle suggestions for applicant search function by location, skill set, etc.

Pros
I love how it is easy to use and the many options that come from it. I love all the places it posts jobs. We always have a high volume of candidates.

Cons
I don't like how when closing a job you have to edit the end date instead of just choosing to close the job. I also think that the site looks a little outdated.

We have been using ApplicantPro at our company for many years now. Before ApplicantPRO we did not use an ATS and managed the recruitment process manually by receiving resumes by email and posting jobs one by one on each of the job boards. This software solution has saved me an enormous amount of time and allowed me to expand my role in HR. I found the price to be very affordable and love the reporting features we now have at our fingertips. Being able to easily see where our applicants are coming from has allowed us to better spend our recruiting budget in the places that count. Lastly, when ever I have a problem, or need advice I have found the support team to be very prompt and helpful. The only feature I wish we could get better integration with is Indeed sponsored ads since we use them heavily for our recruiting and it can be a bit awkward to sponsor to Indeed thru this ATS. Overall I highly recommend ApplicantPRO to anyone in the market.

Pros

ApplicantPro is the best applicant tracking system I have used (and I have used systems that are much more costly). I would particularly recommending it to any small to medium company, or any company that's cost-conscious. It is the perfect tool for our regional nonprofit (18 locations and about 3,000) employees.

Pros
The pricing is great and the service is amazing! Our rep Steve, as well as the support team, are phenomenal - responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The conversion from iApplicant to ApplicantPro was virtually seamless, and whenever we have questions, they are so quick to respond with assistance. The service and support are probably better than any vendor I've ever worked with.

Cons

I really enjoy using the job posting resources that come with ApplicantPRO.

Pros
The ability to post through multiple job boards at no additional cost is a huge value. I also like the interface as its pretty streamlined and easily customized. The support is also great!

Cons
Manually adding applicants is more difficult than it should be. There is no resume-parser that other software systems have that pulls text from a resume, LinkedIn profile, Etc. As a result, manual entry takes some time and isn't perfect.

We did demos of 7 different AT systems and chose AppPro. We have been so happy with it. Its a great product and we are glad we made the right choice!

Pros
Its easy to use, user friendly, and has tons of features. We love the star rating system. Its so easy to just glance at the application list and see your top choices. We have a lot of people who are not very technology proficient, but they are able to sue with with no problem. The price is excellent and AppPro has the same features as the much more expensive software! I have recommended it to a number of colleagues.

Cons
My main complaint is that the help is sometimes too basic and sometimes too technical and detailed. Thats not a huge issue though.

I looked all over at several different applicant tracking systems and landed on ApplicantPro as the best combination of the basic tools we needed along with a very affordable price. Setup was quick and painless, the service has been great and having this software has really made a big difference in the way we hire and promote our company today. It has been very easy to use and the free job board postings that come with the system have saved us enough in 6 months to pay for the cost of the system for the next 3 years....yeah I am a happy customer and my team loves the system too. Highly recommended.

None for me. For a larger company with a lot of openings it may not be enough. For anyone that hires only a few positions at a time it is great.

I'm very happy with my experience. Hiring and getting employment paperwork completed has never been easier.

Pros
Easily post ads to 100 job boards. No need to post a job in multiple locations and have applications coming in from different sources. Analytics help me understand which sources are working best at finding new employees. With the screening process, I save time not having to weed out unqualified applicants and can spend more time connecting with only the people who match my needs. Flat rate pricing means as my company grows, I don't get charged more per user. This is the only company I have found that offers this pricing model. Combine a pricing structure that doesn't break the bank with an amazing team that answers all my user questions and it's a winning combination in my book. Customer service is outstanding. Have a question? ApplicantPro makes it easy to meet with the right person on their team. An easy to use online scheduling system makes it easy to block off the right amount of time you need to learn how to use the software.

Cons
I would like to see features added that make it easy to schedule pre-boarding and onboarding emails and tutorials for new hires. Once a new hire has accepted a job offer, being able to automate and structure a timeline to send emails with micro-learning articles would be great
