Pros

I like the fact the site is easy to use and provides clear direction. It's easy to see the value of your reward. It's great for morale to see the recognition from your fellow team members as well as management.

Cons

I have not yet found anything I do not like about Awardco.

Easy and Tangible Recognition

Let's be real - leaders are busy and don't have time to jump through a lot of hoops to implement recognition programs. We had been talking about setting up a little 'company store' with some random gift items that the HR person was going to have to go out and purchase - then administer some sort of in-house "Bonus Bucks" or some such thing. But we were dreading the time and effort it was going to...

Pros

I really like that this software makes it really easy to recognize someone in a tangible way. Plus the fact that they can spend their 'points' on whatever they would like on Amazon is a huge win. Who really needs another company coffee mug or pen or whatever? I would much rather they be able to choose something they really like or need, maybe something they wouldn't ordinarily purchase for themselves. This makes it much more fun for the employee!

Cons

I wish it was easier to find what you want on the Awarco/Amazon search. Sometimes I would find the item I wanted but not all the colors were available. (for example, I found the specific water bottle/flask I had been wanting to get, but it was only available to me in navy - when there were maybe a dozen color options available on the Amazon website)

Love Awardco!

I haven't experienced anything negative with Awardco. The products are nice, the shipping is fast, the shopping is easy. The only thing I've noticed is if you considered a point per dollar, sometimes the products cost a few more dollars than they would if you just ordered straight from the source.

Pros

I love receiving my points through here, bc i save the points and feel like it's a savings account that i can use to spend on fun things i wouldn't normally buy. The shipping is really fast and it's super easy to order.

Cons

Nothing really, but if i had to choose, it would be sometimes the products cost a few more dollars than normally buying off Amazon or the store.

The merchandise was inexpensive and it took no time to be delivered

Cons

Some of the merchandise on Amazon wasn't available, on awardco, and if it was , they didn't give the opportunity to choose the size you wanted, if you were ordering clothing.

Great way to recognize your peers

As an administrator it is nice to run reports and see people getting recognized for doing above and beyond things. It doesn't always have to be in their specific job but sometimes those good acts that are done on a normal basis gets recognized and that inspires/ motivates our employees.

Pros

I love that everyone in the company has a say and its a great way to recognize your peers. It is an added bonus that a dollar value is attached to managers who can issue points. I love the giftcard feature.

Cons

There have been a few times staff members redeem a giftcard and the URL doesn't work or they do not receive it for some reason. But our rep usually resolves the problem within a day.

Fantastic product with many options

AwardCo is currently housing all peer to peer recognitions, service anniversary program, wellness program, and will be a large part of our employee appreciation week. It is a fantastic one stop shop for all employee recognition which is great for busy staff to work in to their dat. easy and fast means more recognition and happier employees.

Pros

The entire process was easy. I have had a great experience creating updates and new programs from the success of the initial roll out. Any idea for the software they are able to execute.

Cons

The cost of their storefront was unfortunately too much, however they were able to work out a way to function with out current vendor at no additional cost.

Excellent experience! I really appreciate that the system is available for use and encourage people to use it regularly.

Pros

Options to select an item after receiving an award. Options to reward others. Options to purchase up on items of interest if the $ award given doesn't meet the purchase price of something of interest. Options to create your own gift card amount Options for egift cards because there is a lot of fraud with actual gift cards in stores now.

Cons

not used enough by the team. The more everyone on the team and supervisors use this system, the more positive the culture will be.

How easy and straight forward it is to use.

Cons

Cost constraints, I wish we had a larger budget for this program. It's not really nice only having $25 to split among my whole team.

Awardco and "Bravo Bucks" help me as an employee work harder to earn as many bravo bucks as possible

ive never had a problem. Sometimes ill buy a product and after it arrives i realize the description was not exactly correct, and ive called the awardco company and customer support was so easy to work with. In fact i could take my return item to a wholefoods to send it back

Pros

i have earned everything from apple watches, ipads, appple ear buds, water proof speakers and even visa gift cards all because my company chooses to give us (its employees) chances to win bravo bucks. a bravo buck is the equivalent of $1 and when you earn hundreds of bravo bucks you can buy some amazing gifts for your self or your loved ones. its also come in handy around Christmas time as I have used the money i earned just for being a great employee to buy some expensive gifts for my friends and family and of course myself!

Cons

the catalog of items is somewhat limited, but there is almost at least 1 option for whatever you could ever want

Rewardco Review

I have enjoyed using Rewardco over the past few years. It helps me to do what is needed to get the points. And I have always be able to find what I want to spend it on from the choices offered by Rewardco. This is a great way for the company to provide the employees with a monthly bonus program.

Pros

This is the only bonus that I have received that is a one for one bonus. Before Awardco we would get $30 for exercising during the month. Taxes were cut from that $30 which would cost us almost 1/2 of it. But with Rewardco we get 40 points. That is not reduced so we get $40 to spend however we wish to spend it. Who would ever complain about that.

Cons

I cannot think of 1 thing that I do not like about Rewardco.

Recognition at its finest

Awardco is a great way to recognize and celebrate team colleagues really easily by rewarding them with points or credits they can later redeem for gift cards or featured products. Its very customizable to represent your company values where the sender can leave a message and allow the recipient to respond too by leaving a message or emoji. Recognitions can be sent out to other colleagues in the team or company to so others know a person was recognized for their work or even a birthday. Great platform for team collaboration and engagement.

Pros

Easy to use. Not sure as an end user how it integrates but it feels very integrated with how it broken down into groups such as individual teams or a company wide structure so you can be recognized at a high level or local team level so not to overwhelm the level of notifications.

Cons

I feel the current structure works really well. Perhaps show the redeemable value in addition to the Stars balance on the home screen.

Amazing from the beginning thru implementation!

The platform and the team are amazing. I first me with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was great! He was patient, answered all of my questions, and even did a second review of the platform for my HR team. He was a great sales person. Persistent but not pushy. My implementation team [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was great. She was extremely organized, great follow through and kept us on track. Lastly, it's not over once you are done with implementation. There was a transition meeting where I was introduced to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who I am confident is familiar with our specific needs. The platform is affordable, user friendly, and has the ability for employees to choose from a number of awards including the Amazon platform. As an admim, it is also very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Pros

It is an affordable platform that is easy to implement and is user friendly for end users and admin.

Cons

The ONLY feature is that recognition cannot be focused to a specific team or group of people. Small in the scheme of things.

Convenient way to recognize and reward, awesome value

Awardco has really impressed me so far, and I know other employees feel the same way. It is very easy and convenient for leadership to recognize their employees when warranted. I think the ease and quickness will pursuade more managers to recogonze their employees hard work more often. Thank you for an awesome product!

Pros

I love how easy it was to spend my points... I also love the fact that you can order multiple things and at different times, rather than having to spend the entire amount all at once and/or losing out on some of the points. I felt like I truly was able to utilize spending my points to their fullest value.

Cons

At first, I thought the only items you could choose were the ones "suggested" in the categories on the home page. It was through another co-worker and trial and error discovering you can still choose from thousands of options by utilizing the "search" function. It would be nice to be able to pay the difference for an item(s) that is just a little over your available spending points. There were a few things that were only like 1 or 2 points over my spending availability. If there was an option to just input your debit/credit card to pay for the difference right then that would be even better!

I have enjoyed my Awardco experience, and I like that e-cards are immediately sent via email.

Pros

One of the features I enjoy is that the awards don't expire, so I can let them accumulate to get a higher reward option. I love the ability to see everything that I need to make a decision -- how many points I have left, how much an award cost, etc. I like that I am notified when co-workers get recognition also.

Cons

Integrating was seamless, I don't have any dislikes at this time.

I've thoroughly enjoyed. Being recognize with words is nice, but being able to have tangible reward is better.

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use. Awardco was set up in a way that made it intuitive to use, despite my never having used a similar software before.

Cons

I hesitated for a bit to use my points because I wasn't certain that one point equaled one dollar in value. Perhaps have it posted in a more visual location?

Pros

Our team is very big on shout outs and Awardco makes that process easier and a lot more fun. It definitely helps with team morale especially since the shout outs are public to our team and we all get an email when someone on the team shout outs someone else. Everyone is engaged and likes not only receiving shout outs and points, but giving them out as well. I love that we can give shout outs to each other as peers and it's not just for managers to use. The points are easy to redeem and definitely adds a little bit of fun motivation!

Cons

I haven't dug too much into pricing but it seems that some of the awards are similar prices as listed elsewhere on the internet. It would be fun to see some that are a lower price every now and then to encourage redeeming certain items. Again, I haven't dug too much into this so it's possible that's an option and I haven't seen it yet. I usually just redeem gift cards, but it is cool that they offer a lot of different items and even events, concerts, etc.

Great reward/recognition site

I love that our management allow us to reap the rewards of our good work. I get more competitive than usual because I look forward to converting my Awardco points from candies, to sweaters, and gadgets. I also enjoy seeing my supervisor's recognition for it develops a sense of fulfillment that I am doing the job that is a source of livelihood for my family. Pros

I am a reservations sales agent and I value the work the service that we do. When competitions arise, I get even more pumped up because it allows me to have the freedom to choose the reward. I click the reward, I hit send and it arrives so quickly. The ease and simplicity of navigation is outstanding.

Cons

There is nothing that I would change at the moment. I am loving it!

This software/rewards program has everything! Writing a review for another employee is quick and easy. I appreciate that you can choose to share with the entire company or keep it private. The prize function is easy to use and has endless reward choices in all price ranges. I have used other reward systems before and this is by far the best!

Cons

As a user, it wasn't clear to me in the beginning that there was a search function for other prizes. I thought we were limited to the choices and categories shown on the screen.
