OrgChart is a cloud-based charting solution which helps companies store team information and create organizational charts. Key features include collaboration, data management, predefined templates, revision history, workforce planning, role-based access, and drag-and-drop tools.

OrgChart enables users to assemble organizational charts with human resource data and share information with colleagues. Teams can customize charts manually, highlight vacancies, and manage contracts for available job roles within an organization. OrgCharts allows managers to add and display employee attributes such as performance ratings, location, email, and employee status. The workforce planning feature enables users to create multiple scenarios using drag-and-drop tools, and utilize custom formulas to optimize the organizational structure.

OrgChart lets team members add calculations such as headcount and control span. Users can also drill-down to multiple levels within the organization to analyze workforce structure. Managers can embed charts in public websites or in the corporate portal, and create an unlimited number of read-only accounts.

For mid-large firms that have movement - this tool is great.

Allows easy Database Integration. (Access via ODBC). Admins update the Access Database Staff Reporting Table - very simple data and then the Chart Manager pushes a REFRESH and the boxes are added, modified, moved, removed etc. with a single click. The Org Chart is then verified & published to interal web site.

The initial setup can be tricky but worth the extra few minutes over manually entered orgchart data.
