Mainly, user-capacity. At least in 2020, TalentLMS's native video conferencing option (BigBlueButton) capped at 30 participants.

In order to continue training virtually, this makes it simple to do all in one place. It was very easy to set up as well.

Initially, we liked TalentLMS and its intuitive interface. We were pleased with the overall functionality of the application and met our requirements to integrate with our BambooHR software. However, after TalentLMS broke the integration, and was unable to fix it, we have been maintaining a subscription until we can dedicate the resources to find a replacement.
